It is located on a main road, in a small quiet village, close to the city center of Tonnay Boutonne 3 min by car. Village with all shops (cinema, bar, restaurant, bakery, tobacco press, delicatessen, coop, pharmacy bank, hairdresser, beautician, park on the edge of Boutonne, city park for children) 15 min from Saint Jean d'Angély, 35 min from Rochefort and Fouras. Highway 10 min away.
