An overall nice experience! The home is in a safe neighborhood and near to many tourist spots. Glad to use the garage that comes with the home, solved our headaches with parking!

Great stay at Maria’s place! It’s a sunny, comfy apartment with ocean breezes. I loved that the bedroom curtains allowed for a dark vibe for sleeping in but also the apartment in general had lots of light and fresh air. Lots to walk to including restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and the beach. And super convenient to a grocery store. Would love to stay here again!

The place is comfy and has a great location walkable to really everything you need. I enjoyed that it was close to everything but still very quiet, peaceful, and safe at night. I will mention that I almost thought about cancelling before I came because of the communication through the messages when I asked questions or suggestions. When I arrived or maybe a day before, the customer service did seem to shift and my stay was enjoyable.

Julie and Steven’s spot was a perfect, peaceful getaway. Surrounded by the Santa Monica mountains, it’s only a short ride into town, making it easy to spend the day at the beach and come back to the quiet in the evening. I came home from the trip well-rested, the mark of a great staycation. Thanks, Julie and Steven!

We had a great time at Landon & Evie’s place in Ventura! We stayed one night and hope to stay longer next time! Apartment was very nice and as described! Great location and walking distance to Main Street , restaurants , coffee , bars and beach! Place was clean, spacious and very comfortable! Apartment building was very quiet and peaceful! Landon & Evie were friendly, accommodating , welcoming and had great communication! We love Ventura and are exited to find a great place to stay when we are visiting! Awesome place! So nice to find a quiet place to relax in peaceful surroundings, far removed from the everyday stress that is LA, yet convenient to get to places you want/need to go. Hosts let you be in peace, but are available and responsive to requests for assistance and welcome you with thoughtful goodies that make you feel comfortable and at home.

We had a great stay, everything was nice and was just as listed. I would say if you have PTSD you should be a bit careful since the waves do vibrate the property at times. Everything was beautiful and the host were so responsive. I would definitely stay again.

If you're looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you! This place has *everything* (literally) to help you unwind, all you have to do is show up and relax. Not to mention the beautiful mountain views and the awesome drives down the winding roads! Char was super responsive and readily available if you needed anything. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your little slice of paradise. It reminded us as to why we love California so much!

Overall a pretty cool place to stay, host was great and easy to work with, everything was well stocked, and had lots of different types of coffee available for us. Not Leon's fault, just word of warning to people looking that could possibly have issues: the toilet is really close to the wall, so could be a little uncomfortable for bigger guests. The beds are also really low to the ground, and the parking spot behind the house is a tight turn, so a larger vehicle will probably have issues. Also slightly difficult to back out of, as the streets are small and cars are always parked, so its somewhat of a blind corner when pulling out. If none of this applies to you, then you're gonna have a great time.

Our second time staying here and it was just as good as the first. It is a gem and the perfect place to spend quality family time together. Beautiful!

We had the loveliest time celebrating our anniversary at this dreamy beach get-away! Super clean and gorgeous home, so many lovely, stylish spots to relax in. We hiked nearby, had a lovely walk on the beach and ate at very lovely and delicious little food places. Hearing the seals bark nearby just was such a cute and special little touch to the whole experience. I highly recommend this place for a secluded, relaxing little retreat!

I don’t think words can describe the Airbnb! I wish I could have stayed longer and I checked the day before checking out if I can extend my stay which should tell you that I felt right at home at the Airbnb. Thomas is amazing, he responds quickly, is helpful, and was great with instructions especially with the golf cart. Thomas and Megan, thank you so much for your help and prompt responses and quick answers. The golf cart was super helpful which makes the place even more amazing. The patio is great!!! I already miss the Airbnb. Thank you all so much for this wonderful place. I love that’s not where the restaurants are and is a little higher up because it feels so quiet which I like. This place is incredible. Private and peaceful. It has one of the best views in the world and the sunsets are amazing. House has super interesting layout and is very comfy and dialed in. The driveway is a bit rough if you have a low suspension sports car but otherwise ok. Definitely a gem place. Thank you Larissa for being a wonderful host .

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

This was probably the most favorite Airbnb I have booked thus far. Truly the cutest little apartment in Ventura. It was extremely walkable, and I thought the street parking would be difficult, but it was not a problem during our stay. I will say that although the location is convenient, you are right next to the street - so if you are someone who needs earplugs to rest or needs complete silence I recommend bringing some as it can be loud out there in the late hours. This place was exactly as described and was perfect for what we needed to do! Thank you so much David! We plan to visit again!

We had a wonderful visit. The view was absolutely amazing! It reminded me of Santorini, Greece. My daughters said the view from your home was their favorite part of their trip too! Close to town but felt far away…Thank you!!

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

The place was exactly as pictured and very clean. It had everything you need and everything was very well organized and easy to find. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This place was spectacular. My fiance and I really enjoyed this cozy spot and everything was as described. Place has a vintage look and feel to it that I really loved. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and nightlife that we’re walking distance. Cynthia, I would like to say you are awesome! You were so responsive to our messages and just made our stay much more comfortable. Again thank you for everything.

Short trip to Pasadena area and found this lovely place. Location is convenient with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Also, it was easy to get on highway to downtown LA and the beaches. We had a group of 3 and stayed very comfortably. The Airbnb is exactly as described. Host is very responsive and gave a list of recommendations for the area. Definitely recommend and would stay again for future visits!
