One of the most amazing Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The place is absolutely gorgeous.

Our stay here was quick, but just what we were looking for—peaceful and quiet. Our family of six stayed, and one reason we chose it was because each of our four kids would have their own bed. No pillow barriers needed haha. Speaking of beds, these were the *most* comfortable ones we’ve used at an AirBnB. The space was comfy, inviting, and super cool. We loved looking at all the music industry memorabilia, too; what a neat legacy for Michele to share with her AirBnB guests! One thing to note: the place is a converted garage so it is cooled and heated with a mini-split. It wasn’t turned on when we got there, and we wish it had been because it was a pretty cold, drizzly night (December) and took a long time to heat up. So if you stay here, maybe request that it be turned on in advance of your arrival. I’m sure the property management wouldn’t mind at all because they were nothing but accommodating and welcoming. Our big family felt lucky to find this place to stay while in the area.

John’s place was absolutely fantastic! We really loved our stay, and would come again without question! It was walkable to everything downtown Laguna has to offer, close walk to the beach, but it was really quite just what we were looking for. We had my baby with us, and they had a pack and play that looked new. The kitchen had everything you could think of for cooking up a great meal, the house was very clean, the beds were really comfortable, and the patio space was private and lovely to lounge in. We really enjoyed the zen tub that was in their little bath house out in the back. Super private, they did a great job with it, It feels “spa like” in there. All in all a great experience!

My friends and I had an amazing stay at Tom’s beautiful home! It was everything we expected and more. Tom was extremely helpful with explaining everything and also offering some extra recommendations. Beds were extremely comfortable. Thank you for the amazing home away from home, would definitely stay again!

Absolutely perfect place to stay in Santa Barbara. Location, vibes, immaculately clean, stocked with everything you need. We really enjoyed the record player and the sunny deck for morning yoga. Would stay again, 10/10!

We enjoyed our stay at this very cute and cozy cottage. It was a very peaceful location and close by a beautiful Walking trail. It had all of the amenities, and we especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub in the evening.

Chuchu (the host) was very kind and accommodating and communicated very well with us. We couldn’t stay as long as we wanted due to personal plans. So we weren’t able to enjoy the fantastic amenities like we would have liked to! There are so many amenities, and probably the best out of the Airbnb we have stayed at. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Good parking availability. There was so much to do for everyone, from the garage games to the backyard pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Everything the listing described and then some. It was also very close to restaurants and things to do if you plan to leave the house and do other things too. It is an active area but a peaceful neighborhood and one you can relax. Best of both worlds! Great for a short stay or longer stay!

Not only was this place beautiful clean and as described, it was one of the nicest in quietest Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Burbank! Patricia was responsive and easy to deal with!

My stay at The Venice Love Lodge was great! On nice quiet street it was easy for me and my two dogs to walk the neighborhood. The Love Lodge is very nice and clean is very well stocked with pans, dishes and utensils so we were able to stay in and cook (Ralph’s grocery store was nearby). Although it has been updated even has usb-c ports at the wall outlet this 1940’s era house was great. The TV has an APPLE TV box and you can log in to your account to watch your content (just remember to log out when you leave). I felt very safe walking around and safe parking on the street. The bicycles are in good working condition and was fun riding around. Personally I preferred a Waymo ride to the Santa Monica pier and Venice Boardwalk (theAI car drove better than some of the other rides shares and was slightly cheaper. Overall had a great time and will do again when I can. Thank you Arron and Monica for the use of the Venice Love Lodge.

This was at least my third stay at Lisa’s place. I keep coming back for the value, the privacy and the beautiful surroundings. The place e is quirky, but we love that and we love Lisa and family as hosts. Good people who deserve our support.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Dawn’s sweet downtown cottage. She has created a darling, fully equipped hideaway within walking distance of State Street, and if you’d rather ride a bike around, she provides them too!!! The comfortable backyard space was a lovely place to relax with a glass of wine after a full day of walking around Santa Barbara.

I stay here anytime I am in topanga. Such a lovely oasis. Cooked myself dinner and breakfast, sat in the beautifully clean sauna (heats up quick), took a bath outside, napped in the hammock, and was on my way. Perfect place to stay, 10/10.

Very good location

Hummingbird Cottage is adorable. The bed was so comfortable and the sound of the fountain was soothing. The house is very small, so not suited to someone really tall. Our daughter stayed in the treehouse and loved it. The location was great for catching the boat to the Channel Islands.

Callie’s house is the definition of a secret oasis. It’s close to sunset with all kinds of great food and shops. Absolutely loved our stay there. Would highly recommend.

Was great for the wedding weekend we attended - the double sink was helpful for getting ready at the same time (2 blow dryers provided). We all slept amazing on their beds!! The outdoor seating area is excellent for people watching, the trolley dinging by, the roses - we had a glass of bubbles each afternoon out there. I would plan on little to no internet. Even the thrift store across the street struggled with internet so if you’re looking to do work, this place’s connection might be trying on your patience. The ATT signal was weak as well. Our host was proactive in trying to fix it. We were eventually able to watch some late night shows after wedding festivities. Might want to ask for a few more Keurig pods per guest; however, there’s amazing coffee shops within a block or two. Make sure the AC isn’t shifted to auto or heat in the evening as it shifts to 81 on its own at some point - I’ll let the host know and bet it’ll be fixed when you read this. Book it! Very nice spot.

We had a very pleasant stay at Amy's place. It is in a quiet location in the hills of Glendale, with easy access to major freeways and good places to eat. The little house was clean, with a well-equipped kitchen, a very comfy bed. The little outdoors space with chairs was a real plus. Street parking was really not that much of a problem, as we were always able to find spots either right across the property or in nearby adjacent streets. Amy communicated promptly and clearly about our check in, which is always appreciated.

Great place! Very cozy and homey, located right next to the main area with all the restaurants and shops. Michael was very kind to let us check in a couple hours early, and Amber was very nice and helpful with making sure we were settled in. Check out was easy too. Thank you!!!

Beautiful cottage on the canal in Newport Beach. The house is really lovely and well-decorated and stocked. Fantastic location near restaurants, shopping and the beach. Jan and Kurt were the nicest hosts - very accommodating and exceptionally communicative. We always had a prompt response from them when we had questions and when we asked about some adjustments to our travel plans on check out day. Would give it a 5 out of 5, highly recommend, and would love to come back and stay again! Perfect for two couples.

What a wonderful stay! I was in town for a wedding and my husband and I chose the perfect place to stay. The location was close the venue and also to downtown and the beach was minutes away. The accommodations were fabulous as well. Such a cute place and Hector and his wife's home was simply beautiful. We even met his dog, coco. I hope to come back to breathtaking Santa Barbara again and I would definitely stay here. You will not be disappointed!

This was our third stay at the Cottages and we had a fun long Easter weekend. There are plenty of places to eat, including Nick's Tacos, which opened up two blocks away. The walk to Ralph's is super convenient for picking up groceries and The Laguna Coffee Company offers super yummy original drinks. It took us 15 minutes to walk to Main Beach for volleyball and downtown for dinner; we highly recommend 230 Forest for dinner, our waiter Jorge was the best! We took the short drive to Shaw's Cove at low tide to walk along the tide pools. The home is well equipped, although we were missing an oven pan and kitchen towels, but we had everything else we needed to make various meals everyday. The outdoor table is great for playing cards at sunset and the parking spaces are super convenient. The bedroom on the main floor and the bathroom are pretty small, but we spent most of our time outside so we didn't mind. The best thing about the cottage is the short walk to the beach!!

Wonderful host and very responsive with questions. As far as for location: everything was walking distance and only drove to venture out to other cities. Would definitely recommend booking if you enjoy trekking to your destination, listening to the calm ebb and flow of the Carpenteria waves, lastly the local eateries and nearby parks.
