Amazing location with great views! I had a great stay here — the location is truly perfect, close to everything yet quiet enough to relax. The swimming pool was definitely a highlight, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment was exactly as described and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend it to others visiting Chiang Mai!

I had a great time in this apartment located in the Astra Sky River condominium. The accommodation was impeccable, comfortable, very well-equipped and perfectly in line with the photos and description. The big plus: the incredible rooftop pool with panoramic views of Chiang Mai — perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The building is modern, secure and very well maintained. The location is great: a few minutes from the Night Bazaar, the old town, and with many options for dining and shopping nearby. Everything is easily accessible by foot or scooter. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, check-in/check-out very simple. I highly recommend this apartment, whether for a solo stay like mine or for a couple. I'd love to come back on my next visit to Chiang Mai!

I was finishing a 4 month trip in Asia and just wanted a place to rest and get ready for my return trip. Summer's place was just perfect for that. The apartment had everything required , was clean and quiet and I especially enjoyed the pool, sauna and gym. Summer is a communicative and friendly hostess and can highly recommend the apartment to anyone. I walked everywhere, too,but just as easily you can get a local uber To the airport it took a few minutes from the property.

We did last minute booking on the accommodation, but it was hassle free and Hayley was very responsive. The house was very neat and clean, we just felt like home. The infinity pool was a bonus for us because there were days we were just tired to go out and ended up spending time at pool. And, the location was good too, easy to get a ride and there is 7 eleven just across the condo. Overall, great stay and we would definitely book again if we are back to Chiang Mai.

place was easy to locate both on the google maps and grab! place are squeaky clean and well equipped! (theres a wash and dry machine, microwave!) host are very well communicated also! recommend for someone who wanted to travel to chiangmai for a long or short term! theres a sevel, and some resto nearby also!

The sky pool alone is worth the stay here, the beautifully decorated apartment and balcony view is just a bonus!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is brand new, very clean, and well-maintained — everything looks fresh and thoughtfully prepared. It’s clear that the host takes great care of the place. A big thank you to the host as well — she was always available, kind, and ready to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Although the apartment is on the 4th floor, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. We especially loved the charming view from the window — a small family of goats grazing just outside, and a beautiful Russian Orthodox church in the background. It felt very special and unique. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay, with a cozy atmosphere and great hospitality. Highly recommended!

The house is soooo beautiful and comfortable feel like home, I really like the dark green sofa, we had a great time watching Netflix on it, the landlord is super friendly and welcoming! I definitely will come back again!

My wife and I had a wonderful 100 night stay. Location is great, dozens of restaurants within walking distance. Two grocery stores within walking distance. Natasa is a super host. She is always quick to respond to questions or requests. She helped us line up cars and drivers when we needed them. She's always around and responsive.

It's located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing after a day out. If you have a car, the place is not far from the main attractions, which made getting around really easy. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist if I had any questions. One highlight was the air conditioning — it worked perfectly and kept the whole place cool and comfortable. This place was extremely clean and well organized. The host are very nice and responsive. Anytime I had a question they always responded quickly and were very helpful with whatever we needed. The area is very quiet and relaxing, and the price is well worth it. The place has all the supplies you will need. The people are very friendly and I really enjoyed my time here.

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I was extremely satisfied. The host was very easy to communicate with, and even when I had a car accident during my stay, he was helpful in answering my questions about the situation. It was really comforting to have someone I could ask about Thailand while staying in Chiang Mai. The house was very private, spotless, and I woke up every morning to the sound of birds, which was such a peaceful experience. The house was exactly like the pictures. It has 3 large en-suite bedrooms, all beautiful. It was very spacious, quiet and private. There was access to a pool and a gym, usually we were the only people there. There is 24 hour security at the gate, and the guards were very polite and friendly. Bill sent us a list of local amenities that was helpful. We hired a scooter for the duration of our stay, although the grabs are reasonably priced to get into the old town. There was a Thai restaurant and some local bars that we walked to. Overall we would recommend this accommodation and we would certainly come back if we were in the area again.

The house itself is small, and there is no garden. The owner is very helpful, responds immediately. A very polite person. It was a pleasure to communicate with him.

Biw, did all he could to make our stay comfortable. We stayed here two weeks. He connected us with a friend to get a car rental. Got us The house had basic supplies ready in great quantity (tissues, papertowels, toilet paper, coffee,water etc.) Our Family (3kids) were pretty bummed to find out the community pool was closed during our stay(April '25). Double check its back online. Biw did get our family a small pool for the driveway we used for our time there..... Thanks! The neighborhood is very friendly. Our kids played outside alot and we borrowed a scale and babysat dogs from a few of the residents. Our kids wanted to take several of the neighbors adorable dogs home with us. :) Thanks Biw.
