House vacation rentals in Chang Khlan Sub-district

Four was super helpful and our kids loved playing at her house! There was even a sandbox there the kids could play in and they spent a lot of time doing that! After I realized the espresso machine wasn’t there, Four replied and said it was getting fixed, and that her brother would bring me another one that evening (which he did!). She even offered to buy me coffee in the meantime. We had fun in the pool, and she had lifejackets there the kids could use. She was super friendly and helpful whenever I needed to contact her!

Stunning villa, beautiful walking in the surrounding village and countryside, close enough to Chiang Mai but just far enough to feel away from the hustle of the city. 7/11 close by for all your needs, lot's of local restaurants near by. Host's really helpful and responsive. If I'm back there again I would certainly revisit.

We stayed here for 2 nights. If we weren't on a schedule to leave for Phuket, I would have liked to stay longer. I especially liked walking around the neighborhood. There were nice cafes, restaurants, art galleries, etc. Tinnaphat was extremely responsive and helpful. The place is spacious, clean, and had nice finishes. They also provided complimentary snacks.

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The house had 2 levels and a garden and that made us feel very at home. De host is very friendly. The location of the house was almost perfect for us. Close to the city (10 min with motorbike) and quiet!! Def recommend!

Had an amazing stay here! The whole area is super quiet, and I slept like a baby every night during my 3-day stay. The host was really responsive, which made everything smooth. There are quite a few restaurants just 500–800 meters away, so it’s really convenient to get around. The pool was a perfect way to cool off from the heat — absolutely loved it. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting! 这次入住真的很棒！整个区域特别安静，我在这住了三天，每天都睡得特别好。 房东回复很快，沟通一点问题都没有。走个五六百米就有不少餐厅，去哪都方便。 泳池真的太棒了，是避暑的好地方！ 非常推荐大家来住！ 정말 만족스러운 숙소였어요! 주변이 아주 조용해서 3일 내내 꿀잠 잤어요. 호스트도 답장이 엄청 빠르고, 숙소에서 500~800미터 안에 식당도 많아서 어디든 가기 편했어요. 수영장은 더운 날씨에 딱! 완전 시원하게 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 진짜 강추해요!

It is very conveniently located, easy to reach Maya Mall and Ningman road for shopping and eating various local food . The host is also very warm hearted to help you before and during the stay

The house was very clean, very welcoming. The host was very accommodating. Even my kids were very happy with the accommodation, they really felt at home.

This stay is amazing! It is exactly what we are looking for, private, peaceful, nice scenery, and amazing amenities! We arrived a little later than expected as we didn't expect the drive it would take. The stay was ready for us when we arrived. The place is pretty private with neighbours about 100m away from us. We really love the place as it has all the things we needed for our stay. If you are looking for a private place for your fam or love ones, peaceful, private and great ammenities! Look no further!

We had a great stay and would recommend! Everything ran smoothly and the host was super fast to respond and answer any questions. We loved the location near cafes and restaurants, and thought it was a super comfortable place for three. We enjoyed watching a movie one night in the downstairs area. Glad we stayed here!

We had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse. The entire place was clean, spacious and suited for our large group of 9. Each room was generously sized with comfortable beds and there were plenty of bathrooms and toilets to accommodate everyone with ease. The kitchen and dining areas were well-equipped with all the essentials, making it wast to prepare and enjoy breakfast together. Lily and Pui were exception-highly responsive and quick to address any concerns that came up during our stay. Their hospitality made a difference and ensured everything went smoothly. We’d recommend this place to anyone traveling with a group. It’s a great home base with everything you need and caring hosts who go the extra mile!

La maison est fidèle aux photos, très propre, vaste et confortable. La buanderie au 3e est un plus. Isaree nous a laissé arriver plus tôt, c'était très agréable. La rue est un peu bruyante mais la maison est bien située.

Huge, aesthetic and clean place to stay. Suitable for family or group travel that come with car. Highly recommended.

I would never regret staying at Pia's place during my vacation! Pia is such a caring host, always responding promptly. What I liked the most about the place was that the place is spacious and has seperated rooms. The interior is unique and cool, same as the posted pictures. I was a bit worried that there might be lots of mosquitoes / bugs at first. But the repellants are prepared, so no need to worry in my opinion. The house is also conveniently located, takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the Tha Phae Gate. (( also a very nice book cafe near the house )) I enjoyed my trip so much thanks to a great host and her lovely place! I highly recommend this place for a family trip.

超出预期的好房子！ 首先这个房子真的好大好喜欢，像一个真正的家一样应有尽有，而且家居和装置都非常有品味，好像住进了一个家居博主的家里，头顶的艺术品、地板的花纹、四处的小植物，还有各种可爱的小玩意……处处都是细节和审美，每一个都想要🥺 进入到主卧里，都是香喷喷的，被子也是软软的，给人一种非常安心的感觉。房屋还有一个超级大的院子，房东姐姐还提供了四台自行车，也太贴心了。后院提供了洗衣机和晾晒区。而且因为设置了非常多纱窗，屋子里也没什么蚊虫，总而言之，这个家非常适合长期居住。每天早上走路2分钟就可以抵达一个超级棒的咖啡馆，慢悠悠吃个早餐，而且在那里也买了好多艺术品，感觉这个地方的人们都在很认真地生活着 唯一可能就是有点远，晚上如果回家晚可能会有点黑，但是骑摩托的话其实也能解决这个问题，是适合想要体验慢生活的人可以考虑的。有点遗憾没能和房东姐姐们好好聊天，感觉她们应该是非常有审美和生活品质的人，而且她们最近也在市集里摆摊，希望有机会能和她们交流

A gem! As an architect I loved the design of the house. You can see the creative energy the owners put into this project. I highly recommend it. Second floor offers full privacy. First floor is a bit more open towards the street, but I liked it as you get to feel the vibe of the neighborhood. Perfect for 2-4 people.

Katie's place was absolutely perfect for our family of four. It was beautiful and had everything we needed, Katie was an excellent host and was very responsive. We enjoyed chatting with Katie's dad, too. We really appreciated the delicious breakfast and the laundry. We would give it more than 5 stars if we could.

房客回答很親切，服務很好，會推薦餐廳跟咖啡店，都是很棒的建議。只是有時差問題，回答的時間會慢一點。 房子很乾淨，客廳冷氣夠涼，廚房設備很完整非常適合全家出遊，主臥冷氣很涼，浴廁乾濕分離，這點值得推薦。頂樓4樓前主臥除了冷氣不夠涼，其他都很完美。，4樓後房間早上會有鴿子活動，建議帶耳塞入睡，除了浴室有一點點淹水，其他都很完美。 大致上這個民宿是值得推薦的👍👍👍👍👍

토요야시장이 바로 집 앞 골목에서 열려요!! 음식 사서 집에서 에어컨 쐬면서 먹었네요ㅋㅋ 숙소도 넓고 쾌적하고 예뻤어요 무엇보다 웰컴 망고를 선물로 받았는데 거어업나 맛있었습니다

We had a wonderful short stay in Oliver’s House. It’s close to many international schools while our family doing the school tours. JJ the host was very helpful and informative. The place is clean and peaceful surrounding, we had a great time next to the pool during the sunset. Will definitely stay here again when we are in ChiangMai next.
