Bakery 160 meters away. 45 minutes from Valencia and Lyon, 20 minutes from Vienna. In addition to a home all to yourselves, you will have a small outdoor area at the front of the cottage. The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.

Located in the heart of the Rhône Valley, halfway between Lyon and Valence, the Plaine gîte offers a 100 m² independent house that is quiet and full of charm, accommodating up to five people. Close to the Rhône Valley vineyards (Côte-Rôtie, Condrieu, Château-Grillet, Saint Joseph...) and the Pilat mountain range, and close to the activity sites of Feyzin and Roussillon or the Saint Alban power station.
