The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.

On-site parking in a very quiet environment. The accommodation has a large living room of 48 m2, fully equipped kitchen in open space on the living room. Bay window overlooking a terrace of about 40 m2, with a nice view of the garden. The fully private parking is secured with the motorized gate.
