Bakery 160 meters away. 45 minutes from Valencia and Lyon, 20 minutes from Vienna. In addition to a home all to yourselves, you will have a small outdoor area at the front of the cottage. Les 3 Cèdres – Courtyard Accommodation

The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.

House in the center of the charming village surrounded by fruit fields located 7 minutes from the A7 highway (n*12 Annonay/Chanas) and 20 minutes from the EDF power plant. Ideal for workers for a few days or a week.

Small 15 m2 studio equipped with a 140 x 190 double bed, walk-in shower, kitchenette with fridge, TV. Toilet outside the studio (next door). Folding table. Ideal for 2 people but crib can be made available. The studio is located in our garden with a lovely unobstructed view of the Vercors. Everything "vital" necessary for your arrival is available.
