The house is in an ideal geographical context it is close to the city center and surrounded by greenery on the first hill of Aosta. The apartment is equipped with every comfort; the finishes are of high quality, the house has been renovated in bio-architecture with natural materials: marble in the bathrooms, local stones and solid wood. My place is good for couples and families (with 1 to 2 kids) or three friends. in July and August, if there is a free week, I do not rent for less than 5 days... I apologize...

The apartment is located in the historic center in Aosta, in front of the Pretorian Gates, a 7-minute walk from the Aosta train station. Welcome to our attic! It is large and very, very comfortable, suitable for six people in addition to babies in a cot. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms as well as a beautiful open space. Overlooking the pedestrianized street, it is the perfect starting point to stroll around the city among vestiges of ancient Rome, plus craft shops and numerous bars. Strategically located for those who want to visit our valley's famous natural attractions. 100 meters from the Regional Hospital and a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the bus station.

A small spa has been recently built for the exclusive use of our guests with a separate fee for those who want to use it.

Champdepraz is a small town in the Aosta Valley, strategically located for easy access to the different valleys: Val d'Ayas, Gressoney, Champorcher and Cervinia.
