F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , composed of a bedroom, a bathroom ( shower, sink), a toilet, a common area with BZ sofa, kitchen and dining area, fridge, stove... large grounds, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, 11th century Romanesque church... For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not follow up on requests greater than 4 nights.

A beautifully curated house, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We like to cook, and the kitchen was the best equipped we have ever had in an Air BnB. The living room is comfortable and full of beautiful artwork, with a large smart tv. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the attic room is air conditioned which was welcome on hot days. The swimming pool was a little chilly but did not stop us enjoying it every day. The house is well located for exploring the region, but also perfect to stay at home and relax. Philippe and Catherine were very friendly and easy to communicate with, thank you!

Paulette is a very welcoming host, and concerned about the well-being of her visitors. The accommodation is very nice, both indoors and out, we had a lovely stay there. The proximity to the ladies' bath by bike (provided by Paulette) was also much appreciated. We recommend this cottage.
