A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

Trudi's Terrace lies a steep 250m walk up from the taxi drop-off point. We welcome guests from all around the world to experience the enigma that is the Matterhorn. Trudi's Terrace has two cosy, comfortable and stylish bedrooms. We have two modern bathrooms. Our kitchen is the heart of the apartment. It is where we gather to cook, eat and watch Netflix. Note: Zermatt is currently in the middle of a building boom. Unfortunately a crane has been temporarily erected in front of the Matterhorn.

We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. "La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. Its oldest core dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses.
