Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. Welcome to Bubble 8 located in the hyper-centre of Epernay, the capital of Champagne and just a stone's throw from the Avenue de Champagne. The VERTIGO flat is of high standing, for family or friends, with 2 parental suites, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with leather sofa bed, a separate toilet and a private terrace.
