Vacation rentals with a patio in Champagne

It feels even more spacious than the photos suggest. The studio is bright, clean, and has a warm, homey atmosphere. It’s quiet and peaceful, and the skylight above the bed area is a real bonus—waking up with the sun shining is wonderful. The house itself is large, with a garden full of trees and flowers. Amelie is incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. She even shared her birthday cake with me! Her parents were also kind and approachable. Amelie was always ready to help with a wonderful smile, making everything easy and comfortable. She is truly one of the best hosts I’ve met. I highly recommend staying at her lovely place. The town is beautiful, surrounded by vineyards and forests, with great trails in the mountains. It’s truly worth visiting.

Very good stay, independent check-in and a patio to park our motorcycles is a real ++++ accommodation as described and friendly host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Chouilly, the accommodation matches the listing exactly, very clean. It's super well located. The owners are very responsive and we were hosted very well by Line. We recommend this listing, close to the vineyards, Epernay and Reims.

Ideal base for discovering the champagne region. Super nice location with immediately convenient shops a minute walk away, downtown where we really ate deliciously. Apartment was well cared for, beds neatly made up and there was already water ready for us. Contact with the host is great, responds quickly and thinks along with you where necessary. We made a very last minute reservation here as our Airbnb we had booked was unsuitable. 15 mins after reserving we checked in, everything was very clean. The village is very quiet & beautiful. What a beautiful house, wish we could have stayed longer but we were just passing through on route to the alps. Emilie was very friendly & responsive to messages. Thank you again!

Pauline was very friendly, proactive and responsive. The house was spotless and has many comfortable places to sit and relax. It was exactly what we needed to split up the drive from England to Italy.

Laurent is very attentive! From the warm welcome to the hearty breakfast left in front of the door through the tips for the sauna and Nordic bath, really excellent! I highly recommend for couples who want to treat themselves to a quiet break.

A total 5* stay. From the offset, great instructions to get in - got videos by whataspp for each aspect, which was fantastic and made it easy to follow. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. Child friendly, quiet, clean. Nice quality shower. Good kitchen. Good sleeping arrangements. Overall great stay and would recommend for sure. Took a cab to Disney from the apartment to save the little legs walking for when inside. But location wise definitely walkable. Also really close to the shopping and restaurants. Wish i knew the great shopping and would have stayed an extra night for that alone! :)

We had a great time, everything was very clean and tidy and the communication with Filipa was easy and quick! We were even able to check in a bit earlier which was very helpful with our 2 small kids, thank you again! The appartment is really conveniently located, just next to a boulangerie, a supermarket and some great restaurants. You can walk to the RER station to go to Paris or Disneyland.
