This apartment is very spacious, comes at a good price and offers an amazing view! Also the hosts are always responsive and helped with anything we needed as fast as possible 😊 We basically had everything we needed to stay comfortably for 3 weeks and we would definitely come again. Thank you!

Super séjour au 25e étage avec une vue imprenable sur le Mékong, particulièrement au lever du soleil depuis le balcon. Appartement propre, bien rangé, joliment décoré, avec machine à laver, parfait pour un séjour prolongé. Arrivée et départ autonomes, très simples. L’hôte est réactif, disponible et très serviable. Quelques petits détails à améliorer : changer la poêle, ajouter un peu de sel, poivre, sucre, et remplacer le robinet de la salle de bain, un peu usé par rapport au reste, mais rien de gênant. La piscine est agréable, la salle de sport très basique, avec peu d’équipements fonctionnels. Si vous êtes sportif il faudra se rendre dans une vraie salle de sport, mais assez pour maintenir la forme. Idéalement situé, à 5 min en tuk-tuk du centre, dans un quartier calme avec tout à proximité. Je recommande vivement cet endroit, parfait pour découvrir Phnom Penh en toute tranquillité

We loved the place. Outside the city center with a stunning view to the skyline and Mekong. Spent the mornings at the pool. Easy to get a tuktuk. Good beds. Loved it!

The team at Bodihtree was amazing. It was an issue with my accommodations I initially booked. It was late night and I had to change accommodations immediately. I saw this property and messaged the host at Bodhitree and they welcomed me the same night and saved me from being out on the street with nowhere to stay. lol I am forever thankful for them. The property is so beautiful and the apartment was clean on arrival. There was no issue. Everything went smoothly. The big lap pool was so relaxing, the building is kept clean and there is 24 multiple security on the grounds. The team helped me locate local markets and helped me when necessary. I recommend and would stay here again! 🙏🏾🥰

I absolutely LOVED this apartment. It was the best part of my trip. I loved coming home to such a nice place. Anytime I needed something, they were there right away. Wifi was great and really strong, there was water to drink, beds and sofa very comfortable, view from balcony was fantastic, apartment is huge, and there's a gym and pool in the building. Only issue is that TVs and washing machine didn't work. Living room TV will play, but just kept popping in and out so not really possible to watch anything. Bedroom TV is just decoration because there's no cable or ability to add Netflix or anything. Not really a big deal, but I wanted to be thorough with my review. If you're debating on whether or not to book this place, stop and just book. You definitely won't be disappointed. If in Cambodia again, I'll definitely stay here again.

really nice apartment to stay at for a month. internet was great, the host was super helpful. the gym, pool and badminton courts were a great perk (though you have to pay for it, it was very well maintained and never too crowded). the view of the stadium is also really good. grocery stores, sim card store, cafes were all nearby and uber/tuktuks came within 1 min whenever required.

So's apartment is spotless, super comfortable and a great place for a short stay, despite the neighborhood being fairly noisy and congested and a skyscraper under construction directly in front. Being located in a building connected to a mall meant that we didn't have to go far to find a supermarket or for an impromptu meal. There is a gorgeous pagoda at the street level right opposite the entrance lobby which is worth visiting. Great location to get cabs and tuktuks quickly.

Darwin Villa was a wonderful place to stay. A private room with a balcony spa bath, overlooking the Mekong River. The sunrise and nighttime view were spectacular. I will definitely stay again. 5 stars.
