Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Phnom Penh

The place was really clean and well-lit. The view isnt amazing, but the apartment is gorgeous, especially in the mornings when the sun enters the apartment. All the things in the apartment were new including all the furnishings. At first there was no cooking utensils but it was stated that there were supposed to be a fully stocked kitchen. Upon request, the staff bought an entire new kitchen set including a rice cooker, pans and pots, knives and cutlery and ktichenware and placed it neatly within the cupboards within a few hours. Therefore they have excellent service. Location for the apartment is not the best,but it is close to the city centre. The apartment has a few tuktuk drivers on standby and it is cheap and easy to access the city or travel anywhere for a few dollars. Tuk tuk drivers will also wait for you and bring you back to the hotel if needed. The place in general is great and v big. Definitely would stay again when I return to Phnom Penh

The pic you see is of the owner and you will be communicating with a guy who manages the property. None the less he is very helpful. The previous places we stayed provided cooking oil, salt pepper etc and we had to buy it from outside here as we were traveling with a 2 year old. We had a short stay of one night so my review about the surroundings would not be accurate. We had to extend our checkout time by couple of hours as the flight was in the evening and my kid had fever. The host graciously allowed us to check out later for $5 which was alright with us.

Great host. The AC in the living room didn’t work so after we told them, in few hours it was fixed. Michael is very friendly and helpful. Also great spot if you’re looking for real Cambodian street food at night. We enjoyed our overall stay at la Belle Residence 👍🏻

Great stay, would come back. I liked the daily cleaning, bright street at night, convenient access to shops supermarkets restaurants and small bars, strong Wi-Fi, good water pressure and hot water, washing machine in the room, staff sat downstairs over night for security, easy check in and room extension, comfortable bed. The place was really nice and the staff was so nice and friendly! The rooms were big and very clean! We loved that the kitchen was stocked with dishes and cooking supplies so we could cook for ourselves.

Nice and clean studio with great lighting, great decor, great ventilation, smart TV, and a nice view of the city. There's also a cool bar on the rooftop with great views that's open until midnight. Also, this is a hotel, so you get complimentary room service every morning. Room looks exactly like the photos. It's a studio, so don't expect much space. This is not the fault of the host, but the gym is lacking a bit (not much equipment, really hot, too high elevation) and the rooftop pool is spooky if you're afraid of heights. It's also small and there are no pool lights, so you cannot swim at night. Beware that there is a $30 deposit required during check in that the host fails to mention. Overall, great value for your money.

A lovely apartment with a serene pool area that offers a much-needed escape from the craziness that is Phnom Penh. The apartment has a great balcony, decent internet, and a big dining room and kitchen. It's also a fairly central location -- near a big supermarket, a bunch of awesome restaurants, a cool independent movie house (Flicks -- check it out for sure) and an AWESOME Khmer boxing gym (Selapak -- which I'd also recommend checking out, even if you've never done fighting before). The staff was WONDERFUL -- super friendly doormen and housekeepers who made my stay a joy. The host is responsive, and helped me out with my requests for extra cooking equipment. Highly recommend!

Great accommodation

Vin and her family were great hosts. She was very responsive to help answer any questions or solve any situations that may have come up in a very efficient and effective manner. Internet speed is great for those working remotely, and is a very spacious unit for the bdrm/bthrm size. We were always met with smiles at the front gate from the staff who clean and provide security to the place. Thank you for a great month Vin!

Host was quick to respond and very flexible. They helped me solve an issue I had with the original booking and we're very kind to me and my friends. We loved staying here. The receptionist was also very ki and went above and beyond to help us communicate with our taxi driver. Definitely recommend!

There was a mix-up with my booking dates—it might have been my error or a digital issue—but Alaa was incredibly understanding. She didn’t charge me for an extra night and adjusted my booking to the correct dates. Arriving late at night with my daughter, her kindness and hospitality were truly a lifesaver. It’s a wonderful place!

The location was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Adrians is helpful host. Everytime Adrian replied my question quickly. I can recommend this room.
