Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Phnom Penh

the only Negative was the price I paid, but that was due to the last minute decision of next day. But the host does offer a fair rate for advanced booking. Don't let the Location out you off either, yes is far, but in Phnom Penh you will find it hard to get peace and quiet and beautiful view at the same time. Personally, you shouldn't take my view or advice on this accommodation, you should just book it and see it for your self.

Was a great stay and Sophea was extremely proactive and great at communicating. The home is pretty and was clean. Sadly, the river that used to be behind the house no longer exists, and has been replaced with a construction site.

The host was very responsive to our requests and changes even it was last minute. The house is situated in a gated community with safe surroundings. It had all the amenities and filtered water for a comfortable stay. There was no toiletries, but we brought our own.

Sarin and Chef Nak were absolutely fantastic hosts! They were super responsive, told us which places to visit within Phnom Penh and also helped us hire a car to get around. One thing to note is that if you plan to go into the city often, the journey can take around 45 mins to an hour, given that the car has to cross a stretch of water by boat ($2 each way). In conversation, we mentioned to Sarin and Chef Nak that we are vegetarian and they were so considerate that they helped us buy fresh vegetables and even prepared a lovely welcome breakfast. Their place was perfect for a short and relaxing getaway, and the house itself was stunning. The only slight drawback was due to the heaters being solar powered, we didn’t really get much hot water for showers. All in all we couldn't have asked for better hosts than Sarin and Chef Nak :)

David was a helpful responsive host. The flat was spacious, with great internet and it was nice to get it cleaned. I’d stay again.

These are modern serviced apartments, in the area of plenty of restaurants and shopping malls, a few minutes by tuktuk from the central entertainment area of Phnom Penh. As mentioned, the rooms are modern, clean, the beds are comfortable and from the windows a panoramic view of the river and the city skyline. The building has a gym and pool which made a significant difference. In short, an excellent stay feel free to book!

The apartment was spacious, easily accessible and very affordable. The host was exceptionally responsive and resolved any issues that occurred quickly and efficiently. When I return to Phnom Penh, I wouldn’t hesitate staying at the apartment again.

We thank Kan is a friendly and cooperative man for the border whenever we ask for something from him. We asked for hygiene kits such as the ground brochure. They were provided as soon as possible. As a cooking vessel, it was provided when he asked him. The apartment was in the same location. The apartment was excellent and creature.

Great host. The AC in the living room didn’t work so after we told them, in few hours it was fixed. Michael is very friendly and helpful. Also great spot if you’re looking for real Cambodian street food at night. We enjoyed our overall stay at la Belle Residence 👍🏻

We had a good stay at the condo. Condo was not exactly what was shown in the photos (seems we got an older and more 'used' condo). Our unit was missing basic kitchen wares such as pots and utensils. We initially only had one set of keys but Sun was kind enough to quickly get a second pair for us.

David described the place accurately. It is exactly as he described. He was very responsive to my queries. In all, I would give the place a 10/10. Great unit in a great place!

I’ve been using Airbnb for 10 years with over 70 bookings in various countries, and I can confidently say that David’s hospitality is bar none. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. David was extremely responsive and the check-in process was quick and easy. His staff is incredibly polite and friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The unit itself was spacious, spotless, and equipped with brand new appliances. The shower had excellent water pressure, which is always a bonus. There was so much more to appreciate, but those little details made a big difference. If you’re planning a stay in Phnom Penh, look no further than David. You won’t be disappointed!

We had a great stay with Lee and his associate Sun. Initially, there was a problem with the studio unit we had reserved. We were immediately taken across the street to a different unit located at (The Bridge Residence ) that we had to stay one night in. It wasn't as nice as the one I booked and the Television was also broken. I was grateful Sun had an alternative, but I was upset at the time. He promised he would make it right the next day, and indeed he did deliver and upgraded us to a one bedroom not pictured here in this posting ( but in the same building “Peak”) The one Bedroom was expansive and located on the 25th floor. Overall we really enjoyed stay. Sun was extremely helpful and responsive. Lee the owner was extremely professional as well. We would definitely stay again. We however can not provide a review of the unit in this posting. Thanks again Sun for everything!! 🙂
