Exactly what we were looking for, a nice place in the country that was close to towns and chateaux we could explore. We are a group who likes cooking and were easily able to do so in the nice kitchen oozing with French charm. Plus the beds were very comfortable, always a plus when traveling. The setting was abundant with beautiful flowers in bloom, chickens clucking peacefully, and a horse in the field. It was really wonderful. We appreciated that Odette came out to meet us and to make sure we knew where everything was.

Cottage where you can feel on vacation. It's perfectly equipped I highly recommend this listing.

Beautiful little house, very clean, with quiet parking and all the comforts. Beautiful view of the countryside. We would happily stay again in this peaceful place that I recommend despite the slightly narrow spiral staircase.

Patrice and Christel are lovely hosts. Patrice showed us his old restored wood-burning oven, shared his passion for plants and his beginnings as a beekeeper. We were also able to taste the cherries. The house is as described. We were able to enjoy the private area of the garden overlooking the countryside. Perfect for those looking for some peace and quiet after visiting the Loire castles all day. We recommend it without hesitation.

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, no waiting, on the contrary, the hosts told us that we could take our time according to the time slot indicated. Very nice apartment and very clean. That was great! I recommend it.

I can only recommend this charming apartment where you feel at home. Very well equipped and decorated (special mention to the smart TV and board games). Everything was as shown, or even better, than in the photos. Great location everything is within walking distance. Very clear directions. No noise problems. No complaints, go for it!

Very nice apartment, located near a lake and along the Loire, tram station right in front and parking available. It's in the middle of the city, but we had no problems. Laurette is very nice and offers plenty of activities/restaurants around Tours!

The apartment is renovated, clean and sunny, with charm. It feels good in it. The street is quiet, we were able to park easily. The entrance is well secured, and the apartment door is armored. We had a pleasant stay, I would recommend it!

Dominique was very welcoming and helped carry our bags up to the apartment. The apartment was nicely decorated and beds comfortable. The location was convenient for access to the old town and free parking nearby. We think our baby woke up the next door neighbour in the middle of the night, which we are sorry about 🫣 but we would stay again if Dominique would have us!

The apartment is very well located in a quiet environment. The small terrace was very nice. Everything is clean and functional. We did everything on foot . Pleasant and lively neighborhood. My wife and I had a lovely week in Tours and used François apartment as a base to explore the Loire valley and visit its many Chateau’s. The apartment is exceptionally well kept and fully equipped and is located in an ideal spot to explore the city on foot. The included underground car parking is very secure and the apartment is then easily accesible by lift. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay in Tours! The apartment is conveniently located, a stone's throw from the train station and the convention center. A supermarket is just on the next street, which is very convenient. The residence is quiet, with an elevator leading directly to the 4th and top floor. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped, and very pleasant, it feels like home right away. A big thank you to Pauline for her responsiveness and flexibility, especially for my late arrival. I recommend it without hesitating!
