A two rooms private apartment with a king size bed. Strong wifi, smart tv, towels, clean sheets, refrigerator, portable induction cooktop (really efficient from Ikea), two heating plates, microwave, mini oven, pots and pan. There is also a sink beside the bed that might not appear on some pictures. Also access to a laundry and dryer machine in another room that you share with us, as we live in the same building. The actual bed is the one you see in the lasts pictures, still a king size.

This is a perfect gateway close to Montreal but very quiet and friendly. It takes about 50 minutes by public transport or 20-25 minutes by car to go to the Downtown of Montreal. Amenities close by include grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, restaurants, and liquor stores. Parking and WiFi are included.

Peaceful area close to a bus stop giving access to the city of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. Close to good restaurants and cinema, near the beautiful Richelieu River, provincial bike path of thousands of km, nearby hiking trails, hot air balloon festival in August, etc. Grocery store and pharmacy 500 meters away, free outdoor entertainment area in several places. Autumn is also a great time to tour the Wine Route and pick apples.

The studio is located 20 minutes from Montreal. It's located in a new peaceful neighborhood near the Route Verte, a bike path through Canada. You'll love the studio because of its great comfort, its modern look and the outdoor sunken pool available to you (not exclusive since shared with us, the owners). My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. Not suitable for parties or meet-ups for friends.
