Todo genial! Pablo nos atendió muy bien! Fácil de llegar y fácil aparcamiento! El apartamento estaba impecable

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

The apartment is just like the photos. Communication is very fluid, the location is quiet, and we appreciate that. The neighbors are very friendly. If you're looking for something quieter and close to everything by car, this is the ideal place. Parking is a bit tricky, and it's hard to find a spot. We enjoyed the front garden.

Nos alojemos en este apartamento durante 11 días y nos pareció un súper apartamento/casita. En el barrio de Tetuán con todos los servicios a mano y transporte directo al centro y puntos de interés de Madrid. Flora y su hijo son super amables, flexibles con tus necesidades y que se moverán para cualquier cosa que necesites además siempre con una sonrisa y de corazón. Con respecto al apartamento está muy bien equipado, todo lo necesario en la cocina como si fuera tu casa. Un baño pequeñito pero super funcional y una ducha bastante buena con presión, agua bien caliente y diferentes modos de salida de agua. Dispone de un patio muy práctico y muy cómodo para disfrutar del sol, tender ropa, comer fuera ... Dispone de armario amplio y todo lo necesario para colgar ropa, planchar, limpiar, toallas y sábanas de sobra... Salón amplio con diferentes asientos muy cómodos. No pasarás frío ni calor gracias a la calefacción que puedes gestionar tu mismo. Lo recomendamos a 100%

ous avons séjourné à neuf personnes et le logement s’est révélé spacieux et parfaitement adapté, avec une chambre et une salle de bains privatives très appréciables. Il est situé à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la station de métro de la ligne 1. De nombreux commerces se trouvent au pied de l’immeuble, ce qui est très pratique. Bien que légèrement excentré, le logement reste facilement accessible grâce aux transports en commun (bus et métro). Aucun regret : le confort, la propreté et la qualité de l’accueil ont largement compensé la distance au centre-ville. Je vous recommande ce logement sans hésitation

It was a pleasure to stay at Blanca‘s place. Close to public transport to get to the city centre and airport. We also highly appreciated that Blanca made it possible to adjust the Check-in and Check-out time. If I come to Madrid, this will be my place for sure !

Alojamiento muy luminoso y cómodo. Ubicación tranquila y con parada del metro y supermercado cerca. Liuta muy amable y atenta con nosotros, repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

Le loft est magnifique bien équipé la vue est splendide à 10’ a pied du métro ligne 10. Parking également avec piscine en rooftop. Tout est parfait

Fantástico todo. El apartamento precioso, cómodo, buenas vistas, muy luminoso y muy bien ubicado. Posibilidad de parking en el mismo edificio. Nos dieron facilidad tanto en el cheking y en el chekout. Los anfitriones han estado pendientes y me han respondido en todo de inmediato. Volveremos a repetir seguro. Enhorabuena !!

Koko fue muy atenta en todo momento y siempre intentaba que estuviéramos lo mejor posible. La ubicación fantástica, hay un cercanías al lado y una parada de metro a 15 minutos. No tuvimos ningún problema en aparcar. Llegamos un poco antes de lo previsto y Koko fue muy atenta con nuestra llegada. El alojamiento era como en las fotos y todo está en el mismo espacio. En el baño, había tanto champú y mascarilla como gel. También había bastantes rollos de papel y estaba bastante limpio. En la cocina, había todos los utensilios necesarios para pasar unos días. Y por último, en el salón el sofá cama y la cama estaban limpias. Por decir algo, yo añadiría unas fundas para las almohadas del sofá cama. En conclusión, hemos estado muy agusto.

Ha sido genial, trato excepcional y muy amable. El piso perfecto y cómodo, con muchos comercios cerca como centro comercial, mercadona, aldi,... Sin duda volveríamos a repetir!!

I loved Xiyang (Mason's) place and would happily return. He was always responsive and was even kind enough to mail me something I left behind!

The apartment was great. Very clean, everything you need was in the apartment. Despite the fact that it is a busy center, it was very quiet, as all the windows overlook the courtyard. There are 2 air conditioners, the temperature is very comfortable. The location is excellent - the metro is literally a 2-minute walk away. There is a large grocery store and a food court within a 1-minute walk. The bus stop to the airport is a 10-minute walk away. In general, there was no need to use the metro during the entire trip - we were able to see the entire city center on foot.

We had a wonderful stay in Antonio's apartment. For us, it was the perfect location...one block away from a delightful plaza...complete with fountain, restaurants, ping pong tables, charming ambience, lots of activity, etc. The unit worked well for a couple, although it is not spacious. A highlight was the delightful and friendly host. Antonio made us feel right at home and is very considerate! We stayed for nearly two weeks...separated by a one-week side trip to the coast. We spent 9 days here. There were 6 of us (two adults, four kids) and it fit us perfectly. The location was very good - walkable to Eva Duarte Park (2 min) and El Retiro (20 min) and close to several grocery stores. The place is great for kids as the bedroom has pull-out beds. Master bedroom works well and has a dedicated bathroom. Air conditioning works great. We would turn it off during the day and on during the afternoon. It cools down quickly. The induction stove is amazing and Carlos had a good amount of plates, silverware, etc. I would recommend his place particularly for adults with kids.

This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated and in a wonderful location right next to Retiro Park. We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. It is a short walk to everything you might need, bakeries, food markets, laundry, pharmacies, shops, and, of course, this being Madrid, excellent restaurants and neighborhood bars. The metro was just a block away, and bus stops right around the corner. Gabi, is a wonderful host. Attentive to all our needs and inquiries. She and her partner not only remodeled this apartment with great detail to make it functional, but decorated it in great taste. They are architects! Thank-you, Gabi. Hope we can come back soon!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Vanessa à Madrid, ce logement correspondait exactement à ce dont nous avions besoin, nous sommes très contents et recommandons cet appartement impeccable ! Merci Vanessa

Ubicacion excelente, apartamento limpio, Pilar nos permitio dejar las cosas hasta por la tarde el dia que nos ibamos. Sin embargo al nivel de otros alojamientos de Madrid los precios son caros en general. Se trata de un apartamento muy pequeñito en una planta baja de un patio. Sin duda repetiria ya que para un fin de semana la ubicacion es perfecta. No lo recomiendo para estancias mas largas porque se puede quedar pequeño.

This place is wonderful, with a very well done out interior and a massive terrace which is a bonus. The owners were very helpful and kind throughout, allowing me to arrive early and leave my bags when checking out. The flat is well located in a pleasant local neighbourhood near a metro station. I'd definitely consider coming back when in Madrid next.

Mes amis et moi avons passé un excellent séjour à Madrid chez Alejandro ! L'appartement est idéalement situé, littéralement en face du métro, ce qui rend les déplacements ultra faciles. La climatisation est un énorme plus, surtout qu'il a fait particulièrement chaud dans la capitale pendant notre week-end. Les chambres, la salle de bain et la cuisine sont fidèles aux descriptions et ont tout ce qu'il faut. Rien à redire, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande vivement !
