El alojamiento es y tal y como aparece en las fotos. Es pequeño pero funcional, es perfecto para dos personas. La ubicación de la casa es estupenda, ya que tiene estaciones de bus y metro muy cernas. También hay bastantes supermercados, restaurantes, panaderías, etc. El barrio es tranquilo y seguro, por las noches no se oye ningún ruido. Fueron muy flexibles con la hora de llegada y eso para nosotros fue estupendo. Fueron muy amables en todo momento y nos dejaron el apartamento limpio, ordenado, con geles para la ducha, etc.

I had a wonderful stay! I was traveling with my 2 young children (1 & 3 years old). We were super comfortable, felt safe, Javier was so responsive and helpful. The Salamanca neighborhood was just what we were looking for. Quiet, residential area conveniently located close to everything we needed. Perfect spot to stay in Madrid! Highly recommend!!

Uma jóia em Madrid. Incrível apartamento lindamente decorado, muito bem equipado e confortável. Destaque para o terraço onde fizemos todas as refeições com muita privacidade e canto de pássaros. Localização perfeita, instruções precisas e muita facilidade de comunicação. Encontramos a casa muito limpa com cortesias generosas para nos servir à vontade. As dicas foram preciosas para explorar o charmoso bairro. Jorge e Angelina são os melhores anfitriões que conheci em mais de 10 anos de AirBnb. Espero retornar em breve.

Apartamento tal y como aparece en las fotos. Ha superado las expectativas y seguramente repetiremos. El lugar está súper bien comunicado, transporte, supermercados, restaurantes…

Awesome host and unit. Sufa was always quick to answer my queries and very accommodating with checking in. Was super sweet to see the fridge stocked up with bread, eggs, and water when I arrived..as well as oil and basic cooking supplies. The location was great, not a long walk to the metro station, the walks helped me make room for all the great food Madrid has to offer. I had a great experience visiting Madrid and Sufa’s hospitality was a part of that!

This place is a gem! A cute, tidy apartment with lots of cozy touches and everything you need in terms of convenience. The location is exceptional, walking distance to parks, galleries, museums, and surrounded by amazing cafes, bars and restaurants. Mar was wonderful, so warm and welcoming and great at communicating. I loved my stay here - highly recommended!

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

Apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We liked the location as it was centrally located and an easy walk to restaurants and El Retiro Park. The management company did a fantastic job - communication was great, accommodated our request for an early check in and check out was easiest experience we had in Spain!

Great spot to stay. I stayed for a month and found Santiago’s place to be a perfect home base for my time in Spain. The space is small but fully equipped and it’s in a vibrant spot in the city. Trains and supermarkets and pharmacies all super easily accessible. Santiago was super responsive with any questions. The loft sleeping arrangement worked for me but it can get hot up there and the stairs up probably aren’t for everyone.

Che dire, tutto fantastico…sembrava di essere a casa! Eva molto disponibile, ha esaudito ogni mia richiesta. Quando è venuta per il check - in ha portato delle caramelle per i nostri tre bambini. Ogni qual volta le scrivevo su Wazzap venivo risposta nell’immediato. Se tornerò a Madrid la casa di Eva sarà il mio punto di riferimento….anche perché la Metropolitana sotto casa è impagabile! Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio!

We had a wonderful stay with Liron, who is a fantastic host very friendly, understanding, and welcoming. You can truly feel the spirit of Madrid the moment you step outside the door. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and exploring the city. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped with everything you might need.

Great apartment in the best neighborhood in the city! Very close to Retiro Park as well as plenty of dining and shopping options. Francisco was so nice and responsive as well.

Excelente experiencia Esta fue mi primera vez usando Airbnb y no podría haber sido mejor. Tiago fue un anfitrión impecable desde el primer momento. Reservé con mucha anticipación desde Uruguay, y todo fue tal como lo prometía la publicación. El apartamento está ubicado en pleno Chueca, una zona ideal para conocer Madrid: segura, vibrante, con todo cerca, y perfecta para moverse caminando o en transporte público. El apartamento es muy silencioso, limpio y cómodo; se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. Además súper luminoso Sin dudas, el año que viene volveré a reservar con Tiago. Lo recomiendo 100%.

I highly recommend this Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything you might need, whether you’re exploring the city or just want convenient access to shops and restaurants. The apartment is incredibly roomy and comfortable, which made a huge difference during our stay. It felt more like a home than a rental. Everything we needed was provided — from kitchen essentials to extra towels. If you’re looking for a place that’s well-located, spacious, and fully equipped, this is the one. tl;dr: we had wonderful stay at Judith/Tamara's place, everything was just perfect. Longer version: the apartments are in a quiet and nice neighborhood, exactly as described and shown in the photos. They are clean and fully equipped with everything required for a family of four. Tamara met us upon arrival, provided step-by-step guidance, and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Fantástico todo. El apartamento precioso, cómodo, buenas vistas, muy luminoso y muy bien ubicado. Posibilidad de parking en el mismo edificio. Nos dieron facilidad tanto en el cheking y en el chekout. Los anfitriones han estado pendientes y me han respondido en todo de inmediato. Volveremos a repetir seguro. Enhorabuena !!

Koko fue muy atenta en todo momento y siempre intentaba que estuviéramos lo mejor posible. La ubicación fantástica, hay un cercanías al lado y una parada de metro a 15 minutos. No tuvimos ningún problema en aparcar. Llegamos un poco antes de lo previsto y Koko fue muy atenta con nuestra llegada. El alojamiento era como en las fotos y todo está en el mismo espacio. En el baño, había tanto champú y mascarilla como gel. También había bastantes rollos de papel y estaba bastante limpio. En la cocina, había todos los utensilios necesarios para pasar unos días. Y por último, en el salón el sofá cama y la cama estaban limpias. Por decir algo, yo añadiría unas fundas para las almohadas del sofá cama. En conclusión, hemos estado muy agusto.

Laura es con diferencia la host más amable y servicial que he encontrado en Airbnb y esa amabilidad se plasma en los pequeños detalles que están en el apartamento que hacen muy agradable la estancia. Muy pendiente del huésped, ofreciendo siempre recomendaciones útiles para hacer agradable la estancia, estuvo constantemente disponible para ayudar o simplemente ofrecer tips sobre la zona. El apartamento tiene todo lo indispensable para una estancia cómoda de varias días, ademas que está muy bien ubicado. A dos cuadras del edificio se encuentran estaciones de líneas de metro principales y es muy sencillo llegar caminando a lugares emblemáticos como La Almudena, el Palacio Real, la Plaza Mayor o Sol. El apartamento es pequeño, pero muy cómodo. Laura ha sabido cómo aprovechar muy bien el espacio. La conexión a internet es excelente, en caso que se necesite trabajar y se requiera buen ancho de banda.
