The apartment is located in the historic center in Aosta, in front of the Pretorian Gates, a 7-minute walk from the Aosta train station. Located in the midst of nature at the foot of the Mont Avic Natural Park, 4 km from the Verres highway exit, 40 minutes from Aosta and 20 minutes from the Forte di Bard. Champdepraz is a small town in the Aosta Valley, strategically located for easy access to the different valleys: Val d'Ayas, Gressoney, Champorcher and Cervinia.

On the ground floor, on a courtyard, there is the sleeping area with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, on the first floor a living room with fireplace, a dining room, kitchen, bathroom/laundry.
