I've chosen this place for a family vacation and it was very nice 2 weeks ! The owner and manager were amazing helping with all stuff wee needed. They have many stuff for making quick food with toaster, coffeemaker and microwave. So so nice location with beautiful view and little lake with frogs singing in evening. It was nice to rest on terrace enjoying the jungle view with a cup of coffee. ***Just [obviously] as consequence of high season there may be many disgusting rusians disturbing peace [indeed] at night >>>> just contact the staff and they will assist or call the police to calm those down.

Excellent view and perfect for traveling nomads! I stayed here for a month and throughly enjoyed it! The apartment sits atop the hill with one of the best views in the area. 5 mins away from the beach and anything else you could need. Communication was super fast and responsive. Overall I had a great stay!

Olivier is a top host. Always available and help you with everything. Very attentive. Cleaning 2 times a week, which is really a top service. The view was beautiful. Nice swimming pool and parking underground. 24-hour security available.

We had a fantastic and luxurious 10 night stay! The apartment has amazing views and is very central to Kata beach, shops and restaurants. Jeremy was very responsive and the apartments were well equiped with everything you'd want for a small family of four.

Tom and Sue are lovely hosts. We really loved their house and it is well designed. We felt private throughout our stay. They also greeted us with a cute gift for honeymoon. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Ross is a very kind and friendly host, and his place is. fantastic. Spacious and clean, interesting layout, and just a short walk to the beach. Ross greeted me and showed me in, gave helpful recommendations, and shared his insights on the area. Great value and highly recommended. I hope I can make it back some day.

Good environment.

My family and I had a pleasant stay, there was 10 of us— the place was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. One thing to note is that there’s a noisy bar right next door that stays open late, which might be a concern for light sleepers. The location is a bit secluded, so you’ll need to rely on taxis or rideshares to get around. Overall, a good stay if you’re okay with a bit of nightlife nearby and don’t mind traveling for access to amenities.

Marc and Noey were very responsive and proactive. Marc and Agi's guidebook is a gem - useful for anyone visiting Pa Klok. Nice visit!

During our trip to Phuket we have lived in three different places, and with no doubt this was the best of the best. The location is great. It's 1 minute away from the Ao Yon beach by walking. The great surroundings and picturesque scenery around the place. The house is situated at the south-east side of the island, so you can observe magnificent dawns. Inside we had lots of foodstuff and care products, even including some useful medicine. The house feels like home. It's neat and with lots of decorating stuff. The area is private for residents of this housing complex. Besides, it should be noted that the host Nym is very responsive and kind. She always answered the questions we had in minutes! We even had some free beer in the fridge when we arrived, that's a nice touch! Would recommend this place to people who are willing to find a serene place without the clogged beaches and typical tourist attractions. It was a wonderful stay! 10/10

We enjoyed our stay very much. The Airbnb is beautiful and the contact with Peppe was always positive. He quickly answered our questions and helped us. It was also great that Mr. Nut picked us up at the airport and drove us to the Airbnb. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and everything else. Our rooms were cleaned every two days. The pool was beautiful and you could reach a lot by bike or on foot. We highly recommend this airbnb.

We had a great time! The house is ideal for big groups with plenty of things to do, we checked in instantly without any issues, Mu was very friendly and showed us around and how everything worked, for those not be able to connect to the wifi, use a small v not a big V at the start of the password ;) Everything was perfect, thanks again Tracey and Mu for everything, we would definitely recommend you and use you again. A perfect place for family of 4 for 5 nights!Christophe done a good hosting through his proactive and friendly supports in all the need required!every necessity is right down the building,at close walkable distance!!We had car so going at Kamala beach and coming from there& all the beach clubs or Patong area was very easy!Altogether we enjoyed the view from the Apt.and had a good five days there!

So, Usually photos posted up by hosts of a condo are not always the same when you arrive. In this case the photos did not do any justice, just wow !! an amazing stay and perfect last stop before I hit the road back home. I felt like I was at home words can’t describe the feeling of a fresh airbnb without the hassle. Definitely will book again and recommend ! Thank you Eva !

Lovely place. Close to the action but far enough away so that it’s nice and quiet. Host was accommodating and communicated very well.

Had everything you need, washing machine, microwave, fridge, towels, host was very friendly, view is insane, the only thing is the hill to get up is crazy steep, my knees were fully bent, so if disabled please keep this in mind. Lovely place!

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

Chonnacha is truly incredible such a kind person. And Jep was equally caring and beyond professional. The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.
