An absolutely stunning classically, well thought out, French property! The house was stunning and attention to detail was second to none! We loved it here, the house is fully equipped and has gorgeous little touches. The host is extremely responsive on messages and via telephone, and if travelling from UK, which we were his English is fantastic. Jean-Christophe sent plenty of information to us before our arrival and made some recommendations too! Be careful when arriving at property if you are driving as if you take the wrong turning (the entrance to the place is in the front square) you have a long 10 minute drive to get all the way back around the one way system again! We did have to wait quite a while for the lady who met us at the property however it wasn’t a big issue, she was great and very helpful too! Absolutely recommend this place. Thanks Jean-Christophe

Great accommodation. We went there for a weekend by the sea. And we had a great time there. Well located accommodation with the beach right next door, the market is a 10 min walk.

Victorien is a very responsive host, he was able to answer our questions and meet our expectations. The accommodation is in an extremely good location, close to all amenities and the embankment. Equipped with a large refrigerator, very appreciable, the comfort of the bedding is remarkable, a 160 bed is always pleasant. Small equipped kitchen, very functional. Italian shower, very spacious. Bouin is a beautiful location in the middle of the salt marshes. A short drive to Noirmoutier and St Nazaire. We had a nice weekend waking up in the morning with the birds singing, so characteristic of the area

Excellent stay, too bad we only stayed 4 nights but we hope to return on a future getaway. Fabrice is very responsive, as soon as you ask him for information (walk, restaurant, etc.) he responds immediately. Her house is very well decorated and practical, you could stay there all year round, plus it's very close to the ocean.

Fantastic, modern, well thought out, clean and super well-equipped place, it feels good immediately. The sea is a stone's throw away with direct beach access, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace. Don't forget to pick up shells at low tide, while respecting the regulations. Don't close the upstairs bedroom blind because waking up to a sea view is amazing! The exterior is pleasant and flowery, watch out for snails early in the morning :) Don't hesitate! ;) Richard and Mafalda

We really enjoyed our long weekend between girls in Marine’s place. She’s very helpful, responsive and gave us few recommendations of what to do and visit. Place is very nice and clean. Not far from the beach and supermarket is just 1 km away. Happy with our stay. Thanks Marine!

We had a great weekend, the apartment is extremely well located with beautiful sea views. 2 steps from the beach and shops. Everything was perfect from the welcome to the handover of the keys on departure.
