As we live on the 1st floor of the building, we are easily in contact to help with everything you need. We are available any time to answer your questions and we can provide you with great choices that would make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guests have access to all the parts of the space, such as the living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and of course to the garden. Hosts Profile: We, Akrivi and Dionisis, live on the first floor of the same house. We own 2 jewelry galleries and a work shop in the center of Chalandri and in the island of Paros. We have two daughters which are 25 and 18 years old. We are Eco Friendly, cat lovers and garden lovers ( three cats live in the garden).We love hosting and we find it a very interesting experience! Chalandri is a green, safe, and trendy area in the north of Athens, full of shops, restaurants, and coffee bars. The apartment is on a quiet side road, but is close to the center of Chalandri and only 12 minutes by metro or bus from the city center. A 24h/day mini market is just a few steps away. Most of the biggest private hospitals , such as HYGEIA,MITERA,IATROPOLIS,EMBRYOGENESSIS,IATRIKO KENTRO, are in less than 2 km.far from the apartment. Господин Dimitriou очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый хозяин с прекрасным вкусом. Сама квартира удобна, все функционально, с современными технологиями, особо понравился декор квартиры( возможно ручными изделиями), кухня оснащена всей необходимой бытовой техникой. И вообще все продумано до мелочей. Я осталась довольна своим выбором. Хотелось бы особо отметить предупредительность и гостеприимство хозяина. Еще по пути к дому , уже были получены четкие инструкции и весьма полезные советы касательно достопримечательностей и еды. С удовольствием вернулась бы еще раз Спасибо хозяевам - господину Трифоносу

Έμεινα πραγματικά ενθουσιασμένος με τη διαμονή μου! Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και πολύ πιο όμορφο απ’ ό,τι φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική και ήσυχη . Η οικοδεσπότης ήταν απίστευτα φιλική και πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει με κάθε απορία. Ήταν μια από τις καλύτερες εμπειρίες Airbnb που είχα ποτέ και θα το πρότεινα ανεπιφύλακτα σε οποιονδήποτε επισκέπτεται την περιοχή. Σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθω!

Ο Ανδρέας ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός και ανταποκρίθηκε όποτε τον χρειάστηκαν. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες, σε πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά , με όμορφο κήπο και άνετο πάρκινγκ. Στη γύρω περιοχή υπήρχαν αρκετές επιλογές για καφέ και ποτό όπως μασ συμβούλεψε και ο Ανδρέας. Σίγουρα θα τον ξαναπροτιμήσουμε.

Πεντακαθαρος χώρος !! Άψογη επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες. Πολύ προσεγμένο διαμέρισμα ιδανικό για δύο άτοτα αλλά και περισσότερα ισως . Ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σε όλα τα δωμάτια του σπιτιού . Ακόμα και οι βεράντες ήταν ευρύχωρες. Σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή δίπλα στο μετρό Χολαργου! Το προτείνω με κλειστά μάτια !!

Had a wonderful stay in Michael's big apartment. Located in a calm and green part of Marousi, and only a short walk from several supermarkets and smaller shops. The Mall Athens and a metro statio is also very close by. Michael was very welcoming and available at all times.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Athens! From the moment we arrived, our host was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She struck the perfect balance of being available whenever we needed help, yet always respecting our privacy, something we truly appreciated. The apartment itself was stunning, tastefully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the pool, which we had the pleasure of enjoying throughout our stay. It felt like our own little oasis in the city. Another thoughtful touch was the welcome basket, such attention to detail! It was clear that a lot of care and consideration went into making our stay special. And a special thank you to our host for being so patient and kind when we (more than once!) forgot our keys. She never made us feel like a burden and always helped with a smile. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend it highly enough ❤️

Excellents échanges avec Stratos. Accueil très chaleureux ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce beau petit studio, avec une belle salle de bain ! Le balcon est très appréciable baigné des odeurs agréables de citronniers, orangers, arbustes et fleurs. De plus, Dora nous a offert le café, la confiture, des fruits, de l'eau et pleins de friandises. Studio très proche de l'aéroport. Parking gratuit dans la rue. Nous remercions infiniment Dora et Stratos.
