We had a great stay, Ian was very responsive and helpful with any issues we had - great location, very close to Piccadilly gardens and tram stop just outside - you could hear a bit of street noise at night but that’s to be expected from an old property, maybe bring some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Beautiful interior design & clean - would definitely stay again!

Without doubt, one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in! Absolute spotless inside, beautiful garden, exactly as described and a fantastic location for getting to Manchester. Mike has thought of every detail and it was ideal for myself, my husband, our two boys and our dog. Honestly couldn't fault it. Mike's instructions were easy to follow and he provided lots of helpful information before we arrived. 100% recommend!

Grace and Daniel are outstanding hosts. They were extremely accomodating to any needs I had during my stay and are very friendly. It’s very easy to get into the city centre as public transport is right nearby and there’s also plenty of shops within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again if in Manchester!

The stay at the loft was beautiful, it felt very cosy and homey there. Check in was easy and Nick was great at responding!

Fantastic place to stay in the heart of MCR! Right on the doorstep of the canal, a stones throw away from central, Northern Quater and Ancoats. Amazing reccomendations from the host and a quick guided tour round Kampus. Definitely would recommend and stay again if I ever get the chance!

We stayed here for two months as we were visiting family close by. For a long term stay, we can say without a doubt we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped with herbs, spices, dishes and a variety of cooking tools. The bathroom had plenty of amenities for use. Spare bedding for change over days. Laundry facilities. Comfy bed with large tv for chill evenings. My husband and I were happy to have a ‘home’ to come home to after days out and about. There were stores nearby (Asda,Lidl, Starbucks etc) for groceries. Walking distance too. The house was very clean and there was even lovely thoughtful items such as bread and milk for us when we got there. Communication was great. Messages with questions responded to in a matter of minutes. Very kind and thoughtful hosts.

We had a fantastic stay at Naeem’s place. It suited our needs well as a large group of friends staying for a weekend get together. We loved the location as we were so close to beautiful Peak District walks, and got lots of use out of the communal areas and large projector screen. We really appreciated Naeem setting up the BBQ and hot tub before we arrived, and enjoyed using both. It is worth noting that the hot tub is not outdoors as shown in the photos, but instead in a small outbuilding that is well set up with lights and a TV screen, but does mean that you can’t sit and enjoy the view from the hot tub. We still really enjoyed using it and understand that this set up makes it much easier to look after the hot tub! The bedrooms were all clean and comfortable, as were the bathrooms. Naeem was a very responsive host, getting back to us very quickly when we had a small problem with the boiler, and checking in often over text to make sure we were enjoying our stay! We loved our stay at Booth Farm. It is spacious, warm and comfortable with everything you need for a relaxed self-catering stay. Beautifully furnished and comfortable beds. The surrounding countryside is quintessentially English and there is a lovely homely pub walking distance away. Duncan and his wife were very friendly and welcoming and have worked hard to make Booth Farm a wonderful place to stay. And they rescue horses, so they are special people too. We wish them lots of luck in their future endeavours and would certainly recommend this lovely Airbnb.

we really love Katie's place. second time for us to stay there as its so convenient being so close to our Mums house, which we are renovating. It's like home from home for us. We love the space and it's so comfortable and clean. Katie is so considerate, a wonderful host and a pleasure for us to stay in her house. Thank you for letting us stay a second time xxx

BEAUTIFUL place in a lovely community, very walkable! Back garden is lovely and basement washing machine/dryer keep the noise away. Beds are on the soft side and incredibly comfy - very spacious as well. The kind of place where you'd happy walk around barefeet as well. Lovely bathroom with amazing shower

We had an excellent stay - ideal location for getting into town. We were actually only 4 of us staying in the end so it was perfect - would have been a bit of a squeeze if we had been 8 guests as bedrooms a bit tight! Very clean, well equipped kitchen ( left us coffee and tea etc , ) comfy beds - would highly recommend 😊👍🏻

This was my second time staying at Ben and Kate's place. I would definitely recommend it if you're looking to stay somewhere peaceful but within a few minutes walking distance into the town centre. They have the comfiest bed and leave delicious chocolates too.

I love this flat it's ideal if you have mobility problems and want to be on one level. it flows well. lovely bedrooms great well stocked kitchen. large shower. the area is beautiful on the canal and there are fabulous communal gardens just outside the pretty courtyard garden are that are full of beautiful flowers. beds are comfy and the owner is always fast to respond.

I had a great stay at Linden’s apartment! The location is perfect—right next to Manchester United’s stadium and close to the city center, making it super convenient for both sightseeing and transport. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Communication with Linden was excellent—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Manchester.

The Vault was a perfect base for our 2 week stay visiting family and friends. On arrival there was music playing and the space was warm and cozy, delightful after a long journey. It really set the tone for our stay. The space is stylish, comfortable, peaceful and perfect for resting after a long day of activities. Rob is an excellent host, approachable and responsive. He also provided some unexpected touches that made us feel very welcome. The location is ideal and provided us with the option of leaving the car and using the tram or buses a few steps away. The neighbourhood is delightful to walk around with excellent shopping and dining choices. When the sun shone we took advantage of the garden courtyard to enjoy a home cooked meal amongst the ferns and art. We really enjoyed our stay at the Vault.

Great Hosts who gave really helpful instructions throughout, messaged to make sure we were enjoying our stay and were quick to reply when contacted. Great location and a lovely place to stay, would recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay in the area.
