We offer a comfortable, independent, single-story cottage of nearly 90 m², with a hot tub and magnificent views of the Champsaur Valley. The gîte includes 2 bedrooms of 15 m² (161 sq. ft.), a large, fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's games, and parking spaces.

For 4 people: 1 bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed) and 1 sofa bed in the living room. As we live on the property, we will be happy to give you some tips and recommendations. For your stay in the mountains, a functional studio on the ground floor of our house, which can accommodate a couple or a small family. It is a quiet and sunny place, perfect for relaxation. Ideally located for hiking or ski resorts, swimming, farmers' markets, Golf Gap-Bayard 10 min, biking, etc. (Gap: 20 min, Saint Bonnet en Champsaur: 7 min) Please note, we do not provide bed sheets and bath towels.
