At the gates of Bordeaux, 800 m from the first castles and remarkable sites (cave, citadels, mill), this independent studio for 2 people located in our property, welcomes you for quiet moments. It is equipped with a sleeping area with 160 bed, shower room, sitting area and equipped kitchenette. We gladly share the (unheated) swimming pool, which can be used as soon as temperatures permit, usually from June to September.

The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts.
