Xenia is the Best host you can ever have. She offered us early check-in and late check-out as the house was available. The location is great, only a couple of min walk to the beach. The house is fully decorated, with Everything you might need. We did not Cook in the house, but it had a fully equipped kitchen. Above all, Xenia herself was the Best. She prepared little surprises for our daughter and welcomed us like a family member. It was very difficult to say goodbye and we promised a future visit. A must-stay place in karfas.

A great choice for Chios Town! The location is in the heart of the city, the apartment is like in the photos, spacious and lacking nothing for a comfortable stay. The space was clean, thoughtful, and communication with Georgia was immediate. We'll go with it again !

Centrally located, close to restaurants and bars. Since it is on the street, sometimes there is a vehicle noise at night, and if you are a light sleeper, you may be disturbed. There was no problem for us. A very adequate apartment for short-term stays. Balcony view. 100/100

We had a very pleasant holiday with 7 friends at Ms. Rengin's house in Reisdere. The house is exactly the same as in the image. The pool and multi-room are very suitable for large groups of friends and families. We never needed to leave the house and had a very pleasant time. A comfortable house that meets all your needs with a barbecue, coffee maker, sun loungers. We regretted not renting longer. It will be the first house that comes to our mind for our future vacations. Thank you to Ms. Rengin and her family for doing their work with care.

Traveled as a family and we liked the house, in particular the nice garden and various outside seatings. We spent time on the beach, in the garden and drove to Ephesus / Selçuk. Mrs Talia Sirma was so nice, proactive, and friendly - a perfect host. 👍

Great house. Very well designed, comfortable and spacious in everywhere, rooms, garden, pool. Pool is very well maintained. Garden is cosy and peaceful. Furniture is worn but nice. Great place for large groups. Higly recommended.

Cesme is a nice village next to Alacati and near a lot of beautiful beaches. The village itself is charming and lively. The house is in the old city center and has the charme of the typical old houses that has been recently renovated. Parking is not obvious at first but it is not super difficult at the end. No airconditioning

Ms. Fatma made us feel at home. We embraced the house so much that our stray cat Fatmagül :) we were wondering when he disrupted his meal. There were memories of the items inside the house. And the house was spotless. We had a neighbor we could call if we went back to Çeşme… Thank you

I was very happy with Mustafa`s place. It was very tidy and clean. The place had everything I needed. I stayed for four nights with a friend of mine for a highschool renunion dinner in Cesme. His place is 5 minutes away from restaurants and stores. Very easy to get to. The bus from Izmir dropped me off on main street, very close to the apartment. I walked for one or two minutes to get to the place. There are supermarkets nearby (2 minute walk) for food shopping and basic needs. The place had an A/C, TV, iron, hairdryer, working electric stove, big size fridge, electric kettle to heat water, plates, pots/pans, silverware etc. We had everything we needed. It was very quiet and peaceful. Mustafa was very friendly, kind and helpful from first communication until we left. Can`t thank him enough for the pleasant experience I had. I will be back! :)

Mr. Tayfun is very friendly. The apartment is 5 minutes by car from the Ilıca beach. BIM, A101 and ŞOK markets are very close to the house. Perfectly useful apartment for families with children. There are no items in the house. There are plenty of spices, kitchen utensils, kowels, etc. The kitchen is much nicer than in the photo. There are new zero furniture and built-in furniture. The kitchen was great. We watched TV and free Netflix. We felt at home. You can rent it without hesitation.

The apartment is very good, spacious and comfortable, close to the country. Large veranda with view. With very easy nearby parking, which is important for Chios by car. The bathroom is too small, but just after the shower needs a mopping. I would highly recommend it and would prefer it again in case I come to Chios again.

We were offered a really safe and immaculate accommodation during our holiday process by Mr. Ekim and his mother, Ms. Türkan. The house was very clean and had adequate amenities. We found the location easily; we stayed comfortably as if it were our own home. Thank you 🌸

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

Host is very caring, friendly and helpful. He also provided environmental referrals. The interior of the house was impeccable, everything we needed was available at home. The products were very high quality and clean. The location was very close to the center, we had access to everywhere on foot. We plan to go back in the summer.
