CUMBALICA BOUTIQUE HOTEL, consisting of 16 1+1 suite apartments, was built by a Greek musician in the 1800s, restored in 2000 and opened in May 2022. Its central location, view, bay windows and seaside are the privileged features of our hotel. The round stone pier in front of the hotel has umbrellas and sun loungers belonging to the hotel. Thermal water comes out of the sea 500 m from the hotel. This ensures that the sea is always warm and a source of healing.

Palma Alacati is an Aegean complex with 6 boutique spaces that provides home comfort in the center of Alaçatı, which is transformed from an old boutique hotel. Pietra is particular with its stone walls and a private pool deck. Upstairs is bedroom and bath, downstairs there is the kitchen and living area. Backyard is perfect for breakfast time. The windows face both east and west as well there is open private area in both sides.

Because our boutique hotel, which preserves its historical texture, is extremely romantic, peaceful and enjoyable with its location and view. The fact that our hotel has a clean sea right in front of it, that it is next to popular entertainment venues and that it is also very close to shopping centers makes our hotel very attractive.

Our Boutique Apart is located at the Çeşme center and providing easy access to beach, transportation & shopping areas. Our suites are elegant & comfortable and all the kitchenware is provided. Everyday towels are changed & linens are changed on certain days. Breakfast is served at the garden area and it's included. (Room services & Breakfast is served from the start of June till end of September)

Our place in the Çeşme bazaar is only 100 meters from the beach. It is 1.5 km from Ayayorgi Bay beaches. It is also 150 meters from Alaçatı, Ilıca-Çiftlikköy, Altınkum minibus stops. Upon request, a transfer service can be arranged for an additional fee. Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport is 90 km from our place.
