Sea and nature vacation home

Your satisfaction is my priority in the holiday house, where you can access the azure sea within 5 minutes walking distance, where all your needs can be met among the pine trees. There are 2 sun loungers where you will sunbathe in the garden and open shower if desired on the way back from the sea. When you leave the house and walk down 30 meters, you can swim in the sea and it is free. The house is a cute 3-story villa . There is a living room kitchen and toilet downstairs, 3 rooms and 1 bathroom on the 1st floor and the living room where you will feel yourself in the forest on the top floor.

You will love it, you can burn your barbecue very comfortably. The items are new and luxurious. 2.5 km to Ilıca beach, 4 minutes by car. 3.5 km to Alaçatı, 5 minutes by car. Çeşme marina, Migros, bus station are 2 minutes away. It has a private garage. The location is painted. 800 m to the sea. The POOL is in use in summer and winter, there is Netflix, the photos are up to date

Our villa that is 200m walking distance from the sea and very close to Cesme center and the marina, is waiting for you in an immaculate way. Easy access everywhere due to its location yet peaceful. Our villa, having 5 bedrooms with 5 en-suite bathrooms. 4 rooms have A/C and basement room is naturally super chill since it is underground level. Great view of sea and green, pleasant garden use, a large pool, gym, play area, an open kitchen in the garden with BBQ and all needed equipments.

Thanks to its special location, the house is like a real oasis: in the middle of the village and yet far away from the noise and the hustle and bustle. As soon as you close the door behind you, peace, and idyll reign. It is an original stone house built from solid stone, hence the thick walls (approx. 60 cm) All trendy restaurants, cafes, and boutiques are within a few minutes' walking distance.

Our house, which is 5 minutes walk from the unique Ilıca beach, is located at the back of the unique construction site houses. You can reach the Alaçatı bazaar in 10 minutes by car. Our specially designed and renovated house at the beginning of summer has all the items and accessories that our guests may need. Our 22 m2 pool is in common use with the twin house.
