Beautiful romantic place. If you're looking for something in the woods, by the water, this is absolutely perfect. The house is really big, comfortable, well-equipped. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. BBQ grill ready on the deck, overlooking the water from the bedrooms. Very helpful host. We loved it here and would definitely recommend.

We spent wonderful Christmas holidays at Daniela and Stefan's place (4 adults, 3 children). The house is very nice and cozy. Kitchen utensils and other accessories are sufficiently available and nothing is missing. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Highlighted are the cozy beds, we slept wonderfully:-) A very nice gesture on arrival is the delicious cake and filled basket with all kinds of treats. The hosts were very helpful, always available for questions, gave us good tips for excursions and helped us with Christmas shopping. The children were able to let off steam directly at the house in the snow (sled and Bob are provided) and the parents enjoyed the sauna. Towels and bathrobes are available. All in all a perfect holiday. Daniela and Stefan's place is highly recommended.

Quietly located, you can enjoy the great house with sauna and whirlpool and use the time to relax and for the family. Jaroslav answered every question quickly in advance and everything worked out great and was prepared for us as a large family. For the most necessary groceries, there was a supermarket (24/7) in the next town and due to the proximity to Austria, we found a local butcher and baker with great products. We will be happy to come back … Pure relaxation!

The stay was excellent! The house is spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for 8 people. The layout across two floors is very practical, and the location is peaceful and close to nature. We especially enjoyed the outdoor seating area. Thank you to the host for the great hospitality and smooth communication!

A beautiful house located right on the lake, access is easily possible. The house is perfect for families with kids, there are many different options for all ages. The amenities themselves are upscale and in great condition. Charcoal grill and sauna are also available. A parking space for one car is available directly at the house, additional parking spaces are about 100 meters away. The entire complex is very well maintained and in excellent condition. We would book again anytime, absolute recommendation. Communication was possible at any time and without problems.

We stayed a long weekend with friends at Jiřís place and spend it playing tennis, cooking, playing pool, using the sauna and exploring the area. We could have not asked for more - the house is spacious and has ample space to spend time together but also relax by yourself for a bit. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking together and we could also use the outdoor grill. Jiří is very hospitable and helped quickly when we had queries. All in all, we can highly recommend this lovely house in a beautiful area!

Very nice flat, only short walk away from the City center. A big shopping center is also close to the appartement. The flat was very clean, a parking garage is available in the building.

Initially we planned to stay 2 nights in Hluboka, but decided to extend our stay for one additional night. Fortunately Leos agreed to provide your apartments for one more night. our stay in Hluboka was very pleasant, we have enjoyed Leos' place due to peaceful surroundings, complete privacy and clean and well equipped apartments. Highly recommended!

Super nice apartment right in the old town of Cesky Krumlov. Very modern and stylish furnishings. You have everything you need and we felt very comfortable. We'd be happy to come back

We felt very comfortable in Killian's apartment. It has the best view of the beautiful lake and was totally clean. Unfortunately, the washing machine is really inconvenient in the bathroom - otherwise there is nothing to complain about. The kitchen was well equipped for its small size.

It was the most pleasant accommodation we have ever had in Hluboká, and we have tried (hopefully) all hotels and we go several times a year. Peace, quiet during Easter, when there is rumble in the center (which is sometimes and into the night, so we didn't want to go to the hotel) cleaner, available from towels and bath towels to bowls for morning flakes, everything new or as new, refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee and tea. Large TV, nice sofa, so you don't have to read in bed or on a chair at the table, well located el. drawers in the bathroom, in the kitchen and in the room - great when you use curling iron:-) and laptops! Plenty of space for clothes and other things in the closets. Enough space to put things in the bathroom (I don't have anywhere to put cream, make up, and) Super shower. And most importantly, there is a large hallway. A five-minute walk to the trail to the Vltava River (bike is a minute), a 5-minute walk to the ice cream :-), 5 minutes by car to the center and to the supermarket. Completely relaxed arrangement. We will definitely want to come again

A spacious and pleasant apartment, with a large garden and roof terrace (shared). The children enjoyed swimming in the pool. Michaela is super attentive and resolves issues quickly.

Tomas’s place was the perfect apartment to stay in. Tomas has thought of everything to make our stay more comfortable and has definitely gone above and beyond. This is the perfect place to stay for a family with an entire kids room with toys and books as well as a Nintendo switch. The sauna was so nice to use. Will stay again. The place itself was very clean and clear. We liked everything about it. Everything was modern and cozy. It was very comfortable to sleep and there was nothing missing in terms of accessories. We even had two keys, which was very convenient. A very quiet area. Definitely recommendable! The price was reasonable.

Perfectly equipped apartment with very good parking.

We rented the apartment for a month when our daughter was in rehab in Rohrbach. Everything was as described, you can find your way around and Armin responds very quickly to inquiries. We will be happy to come back!

Small but nice apartment, cozy, top equipped and really super clean. We were there as a family of 4 and absolutely satisfied. The apartment is in one of two well-kept '70s high-rise buildings, connected by a communal area (free of charge): table tennis, kicker, air hockey and swimming pool. Perfect for our boys!

We spent a week in May in Samuel's small, sweet apartment, which is located at the entrance to the sleepy village of Haidmühle. We found the apartment exactly as described - cozy, clean and well equipped with everything you could ever need and much more. We felt immediately comfortable and due to the beautiful view of the small lake in front of the house and the Dreisesselberg in the background, the relaxation did not take long. Thanks for this gem in the border triangle, we'll definitely be back :)
