The holiday cottage is located in a very beautiful, easily accessible and quiet place right next to the forest, about 800 meters from the road and provides a beautiful view of the surrounding forests and valleys. Thanks to its excellent location, all the attractions of the Bohemian Switzerland National Park are accessible on foot from the cottage. The owner will be happy to introduce you to the cottage and tourist destinations in the area, both in Czech, English, and also a little in German. We are happy to accommodate 1 pet free of charge. However, it cannot go into the bedrooms.

Our apartment is located in the Liberec Region, 5 km from Jablonné v Podještědí and 2 km from the border with Germany in Petrovice in the Lusatian Mountains. The apartment is in the house where we live. That's important to know at the beginning. We are not anonymous landlords, we are a nice family with small children and you will certainly meet us here. :) We live here beautifully, there is peace, fresh air, diverse nature, many tourist destinations in the surroundings and for guests there is also an outdoor hot tub under an oak tree, heated with wood with hydro and air jets

I offer a clean apartment in a quiet location. A spiral staircase leads to the apartment on the first floor. You have the apartment all to yourself, with your own entrance. We ask for quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am. The apartment is non-smoking. Private parking space in the garden. Possibility of parking in the garage directly at the apartment for a fee. The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

The apartment is on the loft floor of a family house. The entire loft is accessible through a separate entrance. This is a complete apartment that can be used year-round. The kitchen is furnished with new furniture, the other appliances are partially preserved, in part it is restored. Beds have new mattresses. The accommodation is complemented by a lockable space for bike storage and a sauna, which is available for a fee in the basement of the house.

The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.
