On the first floor, there is a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with a sea view. Downstairs, there is a double bedroom and a second bathroom. The house is the ideal solution for a couple with or without children who, thanks to the double bathrooms and the double sofa bed in the living room, can find a comfortable accommodation. The house is accessible via a short flight of about ten steps. I live a few steps from Alice's House and am available for any request or information. Discover the truest Liguria by immersing yourself in the life of a small fishing village a few kilometers from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, taste the gastronomic specialties of the Gulf of Poets, then take advantage of the nearby beach and enjoy moments of pure relaxation by the sea. Fezzano is located in the middle of the Provincial Road that connects La Spezia to Portovenere on a route of about 15 km and is connected to these two locations by public transport that runs about every half hour. From Fezzano, via La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, Lerici and the other towns of the Gulf of Poets are easily reachable by car or public transport. A few highway exits away on the A12 highway you can reach Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia, Portofino. A parking garage has recently been built in the village with about 100 paid parking spaces (daily rate €10.00). A private garage adjacent to Alice's House is available at the usual price. Lovely 2 rooms apartment in ancient stone house, deep in the hills, only 10 minutes from the town of Sarzana and 20 minutes away from the beaches. The apartment has a private access and it's formed by a bedroom with a double bed on the lofted floor, a small but complete bathroom with shower and a living room with a sofa and a kitchenette on the ground floor. There is also an outside area where you can relax under the shade of a nice olive tree, enjoy breakfast outside or cook your own bbq.

My daughter and I stayed here for a week and it felt like home. We will miss waking up to the sound of chickens and church bells and the local farmer coming through on his tractor. Carla and her husband are warm and gracious hosts who care a lot. I fell ill on our second day and Carla kindly escorted me to the hospital to help me get a prescription for antibiotics, then showed me to the pharmacy. We were lucky enough to plan our trip for the village festival in August and spent our evenings dancing and drinking with the whole town and their kids and dogs to wonderful live music. It was special to be part of this celebration of remembrance and the comeback of this community. The place was cozy and clean and had everything we needed, even a bathroom each… we shared food with each other and Carla had good recommendations for local beaches. You really need a rental car here; a long mountain drive but so beautiful and you won’t regret being here. We will miss you Bardine di San Terenzo!

I had a wonderful stay at Gina's. When I arrived they very kindly picked me up from the station which I was super grateful for. The house was beautiful with traditional interiors. The town is very peaceful and the views from the garden were beautiful! I would reccomend to anyone wanting to get away from a busy city break, perfect for relaxing! Gina was a great host and answered all my questions very quickly and I felt if I needed anything I could happily reach out to her.

The hosts were perfect, giving advice on where to visit and things to do. The food was outstanding, you really need to have a meal cooked by them. The accommodation was lovely, everything you need. The surroundings were like a little piece of heaven, it is so beautiful and peaceful. We are already planning our return trip!
