Cavour 96, Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Highly Recommend! This apartment was a gem! The location is incredible—just steps from delicious food, amazing gelato, and some fantastic vintage shopping. As a special bonus, we even got to see Pope Leo’s motorcade as he left Santa Maria Maggiore nearby—such a memorable experience! The air conditioning kept the apartment wonderfully cool (a huge plus in the Roman summer!), the bed was super comfortable, and everything felt clean and welcoming. Gabrielle was a fantastic host—kind, responsive, and so accommodating. 10 out of 10—I’d absolutely stay here again. Don’t hesitate to book!

Casa del Cipresso in Pianciano

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals. The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

Our stay at the villa was very pleasant. Our hostess, Daniel, was lovely and answered all our questions/requests. The villa is located in the heart of a beautiful, quiet, and peaceful nature reserve. The house is very beautiful and well-equipped. The homeowners left us olive oil, spices, coffee capsules etc. Also dishwasher detergent, and washing machine detergent were available. We highly recommend the place.

Villa Belvedere

A vacation with a view of beauty. A perfect home for large groups thanks to large spaces, with attention to the smallest details. Light enters from dawn to dusk through the large windows and the eat-in kitchen is the beating heart of the house. The panoramic view really leaves you breathless. The rooms upstairs are really cozy, the only flaw is the little light in those downstairs. Each room has its own bathroom, a very important plus for multiple families or groups of friends. Barbecue, swimming pool, pool tables and ping pong table are the icing on the cake, which made this house absolutely unforgettable. Obviously super recommended.
