Detached stone house with large fenced lush garden with lots of privacy, nice seating areas and beautiful views over the lake and the surrounding wooded hills. From the cottage, you can walk straight to the beach for a fresh dip, through meadows or the forest. For groceries, the nearest town is 13 km away. The house with wood stove is located in a small hamlet near the Lac de Pannecière in the Morvan Nature Park in the heart of Burgundy. It is quiet, green and has beautiful starry skies.

The apartment consists of a spacious and bright living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. It has an access to a spectacular 8 ha parkland where you can dine outside, enjoy botanical collection of the gardens, artworks and picturesque landscape. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. Het verblijf ligt aan de rand van het karakteristieke Corbigny, een charmant stadje dat alle nodige voorzieningen biedt. Corbigny is prachtig gelegen tussen het Regionale Natuurpark de Morvan en het Canal du Nivernais. Bovendien ligt het op de pelgrimsroute naar Santiago de Compostela, met Vézelay als vertrekpunt.

Independent accommodation in a green setting

The Gué Maraud gîte, ideal for 2–3 people, has been completely renovated in 2023. It is located in a small detached house on the owners' property, in Morvan Park. Guests can enjoy a private terrace with beautiful views of the countryside or the many stars in our region, children's games and a covered and heated swimming pool in season (May-October). Breakfast basket delivered on request. Our animal friends are welcome.
