Excellent, I felt at home, safe and very friendly to all those who live in that development, although sometimes at the entrance they are a little more restrictive, but it is their job for the safety of the towers.

Very nice location, close to the center. Spacious apartment with children. Just across the street from an amazing restaurant (Ameur). A little noisy with the cars passing by (busy road) but all the other positive aspects take over.

You really feel at home with all the amenities, it's in a central and quiet location in front of the police station, the hosts responded promptly to all my questions, since it was the first time I used this app, they were very kind to my family. Recommended for a future visit 🤗

I made the reservation for my mother's stay with some friends (all of them older adults). Optimal and courteous communication was maintained for arrival at the location with clear directions. Regarding the environment, it was quite spacious and clean, according to the specifications detailed in the description. The location is quite close to the Plaza de Armas, which makes it easy to get around. Very grateful for the attention received and would definitely stay there again.

Very large house, very comfortable and close to tourist places. It has all the necessary amenities for a short or long stay. Spacious rooms and a wonderful view on the third floor. Getting to shopping malls, restaurants and pharmacies is very quick. Very good location and the host was very friendly, always attentive to everything, she welcomed us and said goodbye to us in a friendly way.

Very nice and helpful hosts. Apartment as described, clean with basic equipment. In the building are  more apartments for rent and large tarrace for shared use. 

A true haven of peace in the city! We loved our stay here: the welcome from Patricia and Barbara was warm, the house is large, clean, with a nice view and a beautiful little garden. It's a 15-minute walk to the central square (or just 5 minutes by taxi, for less than $2). You feel really good there! Our only regret: not having spent more than 2 nights there!

It was a very comfortable stay, the rooms are spacious and everything is very clean; Mrs. Edda is very friendly and a very good host, the apartment's location is in a safe and quiet place, close to shopping centers and banks.

Located a little bit out of downtown, in a very quiet neighborhood. We recommend this place 100%. It has a nice garden and all the necessary amenities. In addition, Mariza was very friendly and attentive to our needs.

I felt very comfortable from the moment I arrived at Jorge's apartment. The apartment is very nice and quite spacious, it has a kitchen that has everything you need to prepare your food. It has 3 bathrooms, 2 full, always plenty of hot water, as it has a SOLE brand gas water heater. The bedrooms have black-out curtains, ideal for resting, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The bedspreads are feather, they are not heavy and they are very warm in this cold season. If you come with a car, you have a garage with remote control. The internet is good and fast, the room also has a Home Theater system that is connected to the main TV. You will watch movies in high sound quality. To complete your stay, Jorge leaves sheets with reviews of the best restaurants and attractions that can be very helpful. Jorge is always attentive from your arrival to your check-out, always answers the phone and helps you with whatever you need. 100% recommended.

My family and I left the apartment very happy. Mr. Alfredo welcomed us very kindly, we had flexibility with check-in and he allowed us to leave our bags since our bus was leaving at night. Very clean in all areas, it has everything you need and more for a stay in Arequipa, the place is not close to the center but all the taxis arrive, for us an excellent development. In fact, I would recommend them and we would stay again if we return to Arequipa.

Amazing location! Close to everything but still very quiet and peaceful. Home is very comfortable with a lived-in 70's vibe. Had everything we needed, and the host was very responsive.

The apartment is nice and the area is quiet for walking, Maria was attentive and made sure everything went smoothly.
