Great value for money, the accommodation is clean, the location is very nice (a few minutes' walk from Place des Armes). We greatly enjoyed the accommodation (comfortable bed and no discomfort with earplugs) and were able to use the washing machine.

Very large house, very comfortable and close to tourist places. It has all the necessary amenities for a short or long stay. Spacious rooms and a wonderful view on the third floor. Getting to shopping malls, restaurants and pharmacies is very quick. Very good location and the host was very friendly, always attentive to everything, she welcomed us and said goodbye to us in a friendly way.

We had a great stay! Mary is easy-going and very helpful. She provided us with great restaurant recommendations and connected us with a reliable driver for the week (which you’ll need as her place located in the countryside). There is a wonderful family who live on-site and we’re also super kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Amazing location! Close to everything but still very quiet and peaceful. Home is very comfortable with a lived-in 70's vibe. Had everything we needed, and the host was very responsive.

A very nice, clean and tidy place that complies with what it says. A little far from downtown but you can still walk there. The only bad thing is that there was a construction site that made too much noise from very early and they didn't stop because it was the weekend, but I'm sure that in a few months they'll finish that work. Otherwise everything was very good.

Good, spacious, bright apartment. On the 3rd floor, reached by climbing outside steps. The hosts kindly helped us with the luggage. Washing machine on the terrace not suitable if you are afraid of heights, the way the stairs are. Lovely view from the terrace. Melissa was friendly. Everything was easy. Internet a little patchy, though. Location is just outside of where all the busy streets are. So, it is quiet and yet accessible to the street markets and close enough to the center too. Summary : Good host. Bright, sunny apartment.

I loved the place, good location, and it complies with everything described and the photos. 20 minutes from Plaza de armas walking and 10 from the Mallplaza. The place (villa/condiminio) has security and guards, which gave the place a plus. I made my first trip alone and I felt completely safe and comfortable. Totally recommended, I would stay there again when I return to Arequipa.
