The whole family can relax in a quiet accommodation in a country style. 200-year-old cottage with a ground floor apartment heated by air conditioning and/or wood stove. The bathroom and toilet are accessible from both rooms separately through the hallway in the unheated part of the house. In front of the house there is a possibility of parking and sitting under a gazebo with a grill and a view of Černý Důl. Above the house there is a meadow and a forest with a trail to Černá hora. The ski slopes are 5 minutes away on foot. Summer swimming is possible in the stream and 5 km away campsite with a swimming pool.

Outside, there is a heated hot tub with a jacuzzi (optional - extra charge), and a playground. The perfect place for walking in the woods (close to trails), cycling, quiet, remote work, winter holidays and summer holidays. There is a place for a bonfire. LTE Internet (WiFi) for guests included. Close to ski slopes in the Czech Republic (Mala Upa, Pec pod Sněžkou) and Czarnów Ski - 5 minutes away.

Apartment Cuba is a cozy and luxuriously equipped accommodation in a 36 m² mountain cottage. It offers a large, fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine and an oven, a bathroom with a large shower. In the bedroom there are a total of 3 beds + 1 full extra bed and a TV. Thanks to its location, it combines tranquility and an authentic mountain atmosphere with walking distance to the center of Pec, Relax Park and the cable car to Sněžka. A perfect place for relaxation and an active holiday in the Krkonoše Mountains.

Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 03/2026.

Nově rekonstruovaná maringotka - tiny house nabízí veškeré přednosti dnes tolik oblíbeného "glamping" ubytování: kontakt s přírodou, výhled do krajiny a zároveň veškerý moderní komfort. Výjimečná lokalita naše hosty obklopí přírodou, loukami a pastvinami s koňmi, ale zároveň se nachází v krátké docházkové vzdálenosti do centra historického města Jičín.
