Dear guests, I have completely renovated the accommodation and provided comfort to make your stay as pleasant as possible. You will find appliances (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, washing machine ) new and air conditioners. Kitchen equipped with all utensils and linens, as well as the bathroom with large shower. Theroom is cozy, spacious and bright. The house on the shore is a spacious and comfortable apartment located on the sea in an elegant building from the 1920s of the last century. Just two steps separate it from the famous beach. It has just been completely renovated with modern building techniques that make it fresh and quiet. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with every comfort. The slightly elevated position allows you to have a great view of the sea even when the cabins of the beach resorts in front are set up.

The bathroom features a standing shower enclosed by glass, a toilet, and a bidet. A washing machine is positioned beside a small mat on the tiled floor. Natural light enters through a window adorned with sheer curtains, while decorative wall art adds an elegant touch.

Treat yourself to a delightful, finely renovated apartment just 30 meters from the sea! Disengagement with closet, on the right the windowed bathroom equipped with a washing machine and air conditioning. Kitchen and living room in a single room with easy to open and very comfortable sofa bed, air conditioning and ceiling blades for those who prefer natural air. Very pleasant stay in this pretty little house close to the sea where nothing was missing. The neighborhood is very quiet. You can just hear the highway a little, but it's not a problem. Deborah is adorable, welcoming and always smiling. We will keep a great memory of our vacation and thank her for everything.

Chiara was very kind throughout our stay. The apartment was very comfortable, very well equipped, we had fresh water and all the basic necessities (oil, coffee, sugar, salt etc...) the accommodation was quiet and cool thanks to the air conditioning. we won't hesitate to come back to her home during an upcoming stay.

The apartment was close to all the amenities, we found ourselves well in the space, clean and well-kept, with the exceptional possibility of seeing our daughters play in the park next to the windows, the sea nearby was amazing. The owners are attentive and helpful, in short, if we can, we will absolutely return

Very nice place, with a wonderful garden full of lovely trees. The beach is just at 10 minutes walking. Ceriale is a small but very cozy town. Lots of things to do around, I recommend Noli and Borgio Verezzi.

An outdoor dining area is featured, equipped with a black table and four chairs. Sliding glass doors provide access to the interior. A potted plant adorns the table, with a sunny blue sky above and a residential building visible in the background.

We stayed over the weekend of May 24th and had a really good time. The apartment is perfect for a couple and is a 5-minute walk from the sea. Although we couldn't see the hosts in person, they were very courteous and we will definitely return to one of their apartments. Recommended.

We are very satisfied with the stay at Aleks' place, a kind person and very available for every need. The apartment is all new, clean, tidy and equipped with all comforts, air conditioning, wi-fi, washing machine, induction kitchen. Comfortable beds. The residential complex is quiet and equipped with a pool with lifeguard, much appreciated. The area is a little out of the way compared to the village, which makes it quiet but, at least for our habits, a little uncomfortable since it is necessary to move by car to reach the beaches, the village, supermarkets, etc. Overall, highly recommended.

A wooden boardwalk extends towards the horizon, bordered by metal railings. The open sky above is clear, with a single lamppost positioned at the center. In the distance, silhouettes of individuals can be seen enjoying the space, adding a sense of activity to the serene setting.
