Our little house in the Sierra de Madrid is located on the outskirts of Cercedilla, just a 10-minute walk from the center of the village, in a very quiet area where there is hardly any traffic despite being so close to all services. Located next to the countryside to do all kinds of routes, from more comfortable and short ones such as "the water path" or more demanding and long ones such as the route to Siete Picos. It is an independent apartment that is located on the same property as the house.

Nice and comfortable mountain house with fireplace in Cercedilla. The house has all the amenities to enjoy a few days of tranquility in the mountains. It has three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and another with two twin beds, a sofa bed, an extra bed and a crib. Two bathrooms and an equipped kitchen. Welcome to our home in El Espinar, between Ávila, Segovia and Madrid, and very close to the most beautiful landscapes of the Sierra Norte. Newly renovated, it is a comfortable and quiet place, ideal for telecommuting, spending a vacation or simply disconnecting for a few days. It has a large capacity barbecue, gas paella pan, jacuzzi, swimming pool, high-speed wifi, work area, smart TV in the living room and bedroom, chillout with sofa and sun loungers.

Shared pool with owners and other temporary accommodation for two people. 45 km from Madrid, with excellent access by car and bus. Close to supermarkets, a hospital, schools and services.

Our guest house is located in a large 1 Ha garden where you can isolate yourself from everything in the middle of nature in the Sierra Oeste. 45 minutes from Madrid, in a quiet village where you can take beautiful walks, bike routes, enjoy the surroundings or simply relax in our garden full of roses and fruit trees. The detached house will give you great privacy with all the amenities. We have two good, playful mastiffs that are loose in the garden

It has a terrace, an 800 m2 garden, outdoor tables and chairs, and a 30m zip line. If the weather is good, there is a pool from June to October. Enjoy!
