Monthly Rentals in Čepljani

The house is located in the middle of the village and has been completely renovated. Inside, everything is clean and beautifully decorated. There are three bedrooms, one of which is small but completely adequate. The outdoor area is bordered by a beautiful natural stone wall to the neighboring properties. The pool is very nice and clean. The drive to the nearest shopping facility (Umag) takes about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, there are a lot of dogs in the village that bark all the time. Our own dog did not react to it; but if that does not work, it is a problem, because the dogs unfortunately react to every sound. We thought that was a bit of a hassle. Otherwise, we felt super comfortable and can only recommend the house.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa la Vinella. The house looked as good as the photos and was spotlessly clean. The sun terrace was nicely sheltered and the hot tub and sauna were a hit with all the family. The pool was a bit too cold to use, but not sure the heating was on. Gergana was a great host and very responsive to our messages and queries. Would definitely return. 5/5

Beautiful and spacious accommodation in a quiet location. In addition to the many space in the apartment, there was also a great, sunny terrace, in addition, the apartment was very well equipped and parking is possible right in front of the house. Communication with Nina and her mother was great, the two are extremely friendly and helpful and we felt absolutely welcome and at home and would recommend the place to anyone!
