Magdalini e suo marito ci hanno accolti di persona e si sono immediatamente dimostrati cordiali e estremamente ospitali. L’appartamento era esattamente come in foto, pulitissimo e curato nei minimi dettagli. Ci hanno fornito anche un “kit” di benvenuto con acqua, frutta, yogurt, biscotti, marmellate e altro ancora. Ci hanno dato informazioni preziosissime sui servizi presenti nella zona e sui ristoranti. Magdalini ti ospita facendoti sentire a casa, si prende cura di te in maniera non invadente ma presente. Se hai bisogno sai che puoi contare sui lei e suo marito, sono un punto di riferimento durante la tua vacanza. Ti ospitano come ospiterebbero degli amici di vecchia data. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Ci è veramente dispiaciuto dover partire.

Mirka is so kind, always with a smile on her face! Her apartment is just like we see on the site, with everything we need to feel like we were at home. House cleaning and change of sheets and towels every other day - that’s a plus!!! A walk distance to restaurants and market. Central localization in the island, easy to go everywhere!! We thoroughly recommend this accomodation! We will surely be back many more times!!! Thanks Mirka!!!

Matina was so kind from The start of my booking . Very responsive and quickly answered my questions . We were made to feel So very welcome and Martina went above and beyond - thank you Martina and your kind neighbours that gave us fresh cucumbers and figs . Zunächst Vielen Dank an Panagiotis : Die Wohnung war makellos Sauber, genau wie die Bettwäsche samt kurzfristige wechseln der Wäsche als auch der Handtücher. Für uns war das der Wichtigster Punkt. Außerdem war die Wohnung genau wie in den Fotos 1:1 : => schön, mit raffiniertem Geschmack und mit alles nötige ausgestattet. Aus diesem Grund gerne maximale 6 Sterne für ein solchen Gastgeber !!! Als Willkommensgeschenk bekamen wir einen sehr köstlichen griechischen Wein, für die Kinder Getränke und Snacks. Zudem liegt die Wohnung sehr Zentral und gleichzeitig ist eine total ruhige Erholung, was sehr selten vorkommt. Wir werden unbedingt bei der Rückkehr nach Kefalonia dieselbe Wohnung buchen !!!

My family & I stayed at this Airbnb for 7 days. We were supposed to stay for 4 days but we loved the area so much we wanted to stay another few days so Kostas & Livatho thankfully allowed us to stay a couple extra days😁 When we entered the Airbnb we were happy to see how lovely the place is! There is lots to do around the area! Nice beaches near by and a lot of awesome food places! I highly recommend this place!

Wir waren zu dritt hier. Mit unserem Kind, 3 Jahre. Wir bekamen einen Rausfallschutz und einen Kinderstuhl. Die Wohnung war super sauber und optisch einfach toll. Da wir Kefalonia bereits kennen, konnten wir die Lage einschätzen. Prima für den Avithos und Ammes Beach sowie Costa Costa Beach erreichbar. Das Restaurant Dum Sprios Spero um die Ecke ist 30m fussläufig und lecker. Perfekt für uns. Die Entfernung zum Flughafen beträgt 5 Minuten. Es gibt schattige Parkplätze. Die Katzen haben unseren Sohn erfreut, sie sind aber keinesfalls aufdringlich sondern sehr angenehm und leben im Hof. Es gibt sogar Räder für die Kinder zum fahren. Alles war perfekt. Wir haben die Unterkunft geliebt! Vielen Dank!

Very nice apartment with gentle hosts who responds quickly and gave us clear instructions to find the apartment. We even got a better room upon arrival because this better room was not booked at the moment. Clear and nice room with an amazing view over Asos. The town including the beach was only 5 minutes walking away. Would recommend Asos and Paraskevi to everyone who visits Kefalonia!

Ho soggiornato 2 settimane, è una casa incantevole, con ogni confort, e tante anche inaspettate! È un alloggio accogliente , sembra davvero di essere a casa propria. La parte esterna è, secondo me, il cuore di tutto l'appartamento: ampio, comodo, con un divanetto , sedie e tavolini da esterno ed un divano che all occorrenza è un vero e proprio letto....la sera, solitamente ventilata è il posto ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro per le spiagge della splendida Cefalonia. La casa è situata in un posto strategico della piccola Poros, tutto è a portata di mano, dalle spiagge, ai ristorantini, al centro.È un posto che mi è piaciuto davvero tanto! Vana è un host gentile, premurosa e presente, pronta a soddisfare e a risolvere nell' immediato qualsiasi dubbio o richiesta. Lo consiglierei a chiunque volesse trascorrere le vacanze in un ambiente al top!

We had the most wonderful stay with our two children. The house is perfect with so many amenities. All the appliances are high quality and basically brand new! We had everything we needed and more. The pool and bbq area is fantastic. The views beautiful. Location is private but easy to get to other locations. We loved visiting Sami and the Melissani Cave’s not to be missed. The host went above and beyond, always responsive and kind. We highly recommend the house and have already told family and friends about it!

What a fantastic house, artistic, well equipped, comfy and in a lovely area - close to all beaches, amenities, restaurants, airport. The hosts were super helpful. The pool and pool area a delight. Can not fault this lovely villa. Thank you for making it a very special holiday.

La casa di Natalia è una piccola bomboniera, arredata con gusto e molta originalita'. Nonostante non fosse grandissima gli spazi erano perfetti per tre (anche 4 persone). Le notti erano silenziosissime, le serate trascorse a cenare sotto lo splendido gazebo nel giardino curatissimo sono state indimenticabili. Il giardino la sera si anima di mille lucine grazie alle piccole lampade solari disposte lungo le aiuole che creano un effetto fiabesco. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo, non mancava nulla, a 10 minuti si possono raggiungere le spiagge di Paliolinos (meravigliosa e deserta), Sparthia, Pessada e Agios Thomas. Sempre a 10 minuti di auto si raggiungono facilmente i supermarket Lidl, Ab e Kritikos. Natalia è stata una padrona di casa dolcissima e premurosa. Al nostro arrivo, a mezzanotte, ci ha fatto trovare la casa fresca ed illuminata, con riserva di acqua, vino(!), biscotti, frutta e salumi. Ci ha inoltre prestato il suo ombrellone. Consiglio di cuore di alloggiare qui da Natalia.

Serh schönes modernes und super komfortables Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und pefekt in Ordnung und blitzsauber. Die Gastgeberin, Maria ist Architektin und hat alles selbst geplant und gebaut und mit viel Geschmack, Können und ganz liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Grundstück ist riesig, schöne Terasse mit Hollywoodschaukel auf der man sogar schlafen könnte.

A really lovely few days at this beautiful place. Everything has been well conceived & makes it so easy to relax. Top quality bed & bed linen & real attention to detail. Thank you for lovely welcome basket of goodies too ! The private garden seating area is a real plus. 2 minutes walk into Stavros. Just great - highly recommend.

Heureux d'avoir été accueillis dans la maison familiale de Dimitris, au coeur du village de Vasiliakes mais tout à la fois dans la nature, avec une vue Ouest-Nord-Est inestimable (levers et couchers de soleil de dingue !!, au coeur du village et de ses habitants, ses chats (merci l'asso de prendre le relais l'hiver :-). Ravis de toute l'attention portée au bien être au quotidien (ménage fait sous les lits et dans les armoires). Voyageurs en recherche d'authenticité, contactez Dimitris, vous serez bien accueillis et passerez de merveilleux moments. Idéalement placé pour découvrir le nord de l'île, bien que le sud soit accessible à la journée mais moins beau à notre goût. Chut, ne pas trop l'ébruiter, ce havre de paix et de vie doit rester intact. Merci Dimitris family ! Nous comptons bien revenir.

Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da Kostas e Vivia che sono stati molto gentili e disponibili, fornendoci consigli, indicazioni e anche ombrellone e sedie per la spiaggia (super apprezzate!). Il monolocale dove abbiamo soggiornato è perfetto per una coppia, completamente ristrutturato e con tutto il necessario per passare un'ottima vacanza. Giardino esterno molto romantico per vedere le stelle. Posizione ottima per visitare facilmente le spiagge sud-ovest dell'isola.

Όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά μια μικρή παρατήρηση τα κλιματιστικά που βρισκόντουσαν στο χώρο της αυλής ήταν θορυβώδη.Με τα παράθυρα κλειστά δεν άκουγες τίποτα.Αυτο δεν αποτελεί μείον για το διαμέρισμα γιατί όλα τα άλλα ήσαν άψογα.Η σπιτική λεμονάδα που μας περίμενε κατά την άφιξη μας μοναδική.Η επικοινωνία με τον σπιτονοικοκύρη μοναδική.Σε ευχαριστούμε Γιώργο.

Mike is a smart guy with a plan, very good connections and he wants you to be satisfied. He provided a lot of details he didn’t have to. The interior is much higher than average. Absolutely recommending it!

What a wonderful, tranquil place, Villa Rosa is! The gardens are tidy, and well kept and so colourful! As has already been said, “what’s not to like?!!” Joy and her team, made you feel that nothing was too much trouble for them, when it came to answering your every whim! And they were always smiling, and never made you feel that you were in the way. The location is superb, and because it’s away from main roads, it’s very quiet. It’s near the sea, and a 7 minute walk from the beach at Trapezaki, and Denis Taverna. A Hire car is a must as there’s so much to see. Now for the breakfast menu, wow! There was a variety of options for breakfast, and all food was cooked to perfection! Joy was willing to accommodate our unusual dietary limitations, too! And on to cleanliness, in a word, spotless!! The cleaning lady went in every day so there was no chance that dirt or sand could accumulate on the floor! The linen and towels were replaced with fresh, every third day, so everything smelled clean!

Gerasimos is the epitome of Greek hospitality! The country is beautiful, Kefalonia is breathtaking, I loved Argostoli, but it's people like Gerasimos that make me want to come back to Greece again and again! Warm, friendly, attentive, he will help you with anything and everything - don't hesitate to reach out. He found me an automatic car at the last moment, and one way, I left it at the opposite side of the island, no less! Thank you so much, Gerasimos, I will stay with you again, and I hope, soon. And yes, the apartment is equipped with absolutely everything your need - coffee, cream, biscuits to start your day, oil and vinegar, towels, everything is super clean. Don't hesitate to book this place! What an amazing start to a vacation it has been for me :)

The Air BNB was really clean, very easy to find and the host Dimitris was extremely helpful in providing local numbers / recommendations for restaurants/ taxis etc. You cannot really walk anywhere from this accommodation but it’s very easy to get taxis into local towns if you don’t have a car.

Joy is absolutely an amazing host! She was so warm and welcoming it really felt like I was visiting family. Her property is breath taking all around. Favorite things include: The air conditioner working exceptionally well after a hot day outside lol. The view was spectacular and the pool was gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious! The property is close enough to a small mini market as well as the beach and all the beach side restaurants. Joy ordered laundry service for a small cost that was greatly appreciated! Daily room cleaning and fresh linens. The property was quiet and peaceful!

Absolutely faultless experience ! We've been very lucky with the hosts that we have met and Stavros was one of the best. Supremely communicative in advance, and extremely very warm and friendly on arrival. The apartment is perfect, and exactly as described, if not better. Stavros was kind enough to recommend some great local restaurants and even offered to take us to the local supermarket before our car arrived for which we were very grateful. Stavros's welcome combined with the beautiful apartment and lovely pool made us wish we could have stayed longer and if we get the chance we will come back. If it was possible to give more that five stars we would - thanks Stavros !

Wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Es gibt alles was man benötigt in der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist etwa 10 Minuten von der XI Beach entfernt, man benötigt ein Auto, wenn man dort wohnt. Das Auto kann auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft .
