Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Cephalonia

We had a great week at the Villa. Great location with fabulous views over Skala and across to Zakinthos. You do need a car to get into the town but it’s only a five minute drive and the seclusion at the house makes it worthwhile. Plenty of bars , restaurants within a few minutes and local beaches are good for early evening sun and refreshments!

the place was better that advertised. well equipped . the jacuzzi and pool were clean. the host was very responsive and thoughtful.

We had an amazing week at the end of May, the pool and view are just incredible and even better than they look in the pictures. Having a local shop and restaurants within walking distance was a complete bonus too. Would recommend boho for breakfast, Trapazaki bar and restaurant for food or a few drinks and Gefri (we didn’t try any others close by). Lovely beaches are also within a 10 minute drive. The air con is also super effective if you’re worried about the heat.

We had a great stay since our arrival Alexandros turned out to be an extremely kind person who was helpful and full of directions to make us feel at home. Its presence made us move and find the best beaches according to the conditions of the weather,the winds and the sea. Highly recommended. On many trips we had never found such a person present and available. A relationship has definitely been born that will lead us to visit it again in the future.

We booked Zeus exclusive villas from the pictures on the website and how beautiful the surrounding areas were. when we arrived we were completely blown away by the views over the sea and the valley. When you looked the other way, you had beautiful views of the mountains. The villas are very modern and the finish / decor is to a high standard. The outside pool area is spacious and has a lot of room for sunbathing, sitting and socialising. The gardens surrounding the villa are also presteen and well tended. The host gave us recommendations for things to do and restaurants to visit which was a nice touch. Each room has private showers and toilets which is such a nice touch so you aren't sharing bathrooms with other people. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and the host provided some food for our arrival such as bread, ham, cheese and eggs. A lot of thought and detail has gone into the villas. We will most definitely be staying again in the future.

We loved our stay at this villa. The villa is beautiful, spotless & is situated at a very convenient location. Elaena was a wonderful hostess, always responsive to our needs. She was also very kind, helpful and gave us great recommendations. She was sweet to have wine, fruit, and cookies ready for us upon our arrival. We had an amazing experience! We had the most incredible 8 nights at this absolutely stunning villa. Dionysios sets the bar very high when it comes to hosting, there was not a single thing that wasn’t thought of, we particularly appreciated the welcome pack of food and drinks as we arrived late on the Saturday night, as well as our mid-stay clean and for being so prompt to meet us with spare keys when we mistakingly took the wrong keys out with us! Thank you again for everything. As for the Villa, it really is just as you see on the pictures if not better, the details of the decor really make you feel you’re in paradise, the pool is a great temperature which we loved and the incredible outdoor space left nothing to be desired with fantastic water features and very comfortable stylish sun loungers. There is a wide range of condiments already stocked and utensils (including a wine cooler!). The location was also fantastic! 1000 characters simply isn’t enough to capture the beauty of our stay, we hope to be back 1 day

The villa is absolutely beautiful. It looks just as it does in the picture with the incredible view and clean, considered interior. But what you can’t see is the beautiful construction. Every detail is perfect. Kothreas is at the top of a mountain but it’s easy enough to drive to the delightful seaside villages of Fiskardo and Assos and the extraordinary beaches in northern Kefalonia. The mountain village is charming and rustic with walnut, fig and pomegranate trees, stone buildingd and surrounding hillside that smells of wild thyme & oregano and where you hear goat bells. Nearby there are authentic and excellent mountain tavernas and larger villages like Maganos. The pool is absolutely lovely. We paid to get it heated which was money well spent as our kids stayed in it for hours. Foula and her team were incredible hosts. So kind, informative and welcoming, and it was amazing having a housekeeper every second day. Thank you so much - we hope to be back! Efcharisto!!

This is a beautiful villa with stunning views and so very peaceful. When we got lost trying to find it the host gave us directions and then very kindly met us at a local place so we could follow her. The villa itself is just perfect with everything you need there for a very relaxing holiday. Highly recommend the location, the villa and the host. Thank you for a great holiday

We had an amazing stay here! The house is beautiful and the whole outdoor area with the pool and covered BBQ/kitchen area is amazing! We spent most of our time outside enjoying the beautiful sea view and playing in the pool. The pool was perfect for the kids and a great size for all 7 of us to enjoy at the same time. There are several outdoor seating areas so we could have our space when needed. Rachel is an amazing host!! She greeted us at arrival and gave us a tour of the beautiful home and made us feel welcome right away. She offered extra time in her day once we got settled to come and show us on a map where everything is and give us recommendations. We had complete privacy at the house and Rachel was just a call away if we needed anything, like a birthday cake or a restaurant reservation to celebrate! Highly recommend staying here!

We had a great stay at this beautiful, peaceful villa. It looked just like the photos and had everything we needed, even some snacks and a bottle of wine on our arrival. The location was perfect. Stunning views from the pool, Isolated enough to feel quiet and private, but only a short drive to the beaches and restaurants. Our host was friendly and provided great recommendations for restaurants and things to do around the island. She also responded quickly when we had a minor issue and got it sorted right away. Much appreciated! It's worth noting that the advertised jacuzzi is not a hot tub, only jets in the unheated pool. We were slightly disappointed to discover this, but it did not detract from our stay at all

The most beautiful place I have every stayed! Location is perfect, nestled away with a lovely view yet easily walkable into the many restaurants of Agia Effimia for dinner. Lounging in the living area with a view of the private pool, or under the shade of the parasol in the sun was the perfect holiday experience. Though we only travelled as a couple, the extra wardrobe space and second bathroom were an ideal luxury for a week's stay. Angela, who greeted us on arrival, was extremely helpful during our stay with restaurant recommendations, and extras like our in-villa massages. Appreciated the daily breakfast which catered well for vegetarians. Agia Effimia is the best location in Kefalonia for exploring the island and Pera Perou is the chicest private accommodation, with the service of a five star hotel.

This was our second stay here and we knew what to expect. The changes made since our last stay were exceptional. A warm welcome, a responsive host who made every effort possible to ensure our stay was exceptional. Would highly recommend staying here

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Volare - Dimitris was super helpful and friendly every step of the way and the Villa itself is beautiful. Amazing views, clean and tidy interior and a convenient location to get around the island from - would definitely recommend!
