Berenice and Julian's house in Merida is really beautiful, tastefully decorated and with great attention to detail, something I really appreciated. Every corner is carefully thought out, which makes the stay very pleasant. I also loved that they allowed my dog in, which is not always easy to find and made my experience even better. The environment is quiet, ideal for resting, but at the same time, there is a well-stocked supermarket just a 15-minute walk away, which is very convenient. Communication with the hosts was always clear and direct, which made the whole process very simple. The internet is great, I work online and it was very useful. Definitely a place I'd come back to!

I had a very quiet and pleasant stay at Alonso's house. now I'm just waiting for my invoice for the accommodation. I recommend staying at Casa Aloso

mrs. tere is very friendly, the place is clean and very quiet. If the shower is covered, the shower is only passed over the gomitas jejeje

The stay was super comfortable from day 1 until the end, the place had all the necessary amenities.

Small place, but more than enough. The host was very nice to us from the beginning and was very accessible in every way. The place is close to public transportation, shops and everything you need for a comfortable stay, I definitely recommend it!!!

From the very first moment René and Mario opened the door to Casa Magu, we felt truly welcome. They are wonderful, warm-hearted hosts who have created a very special place with great care and a deep sense of aesthetics – a real gem. Our casita was tastefully decorated with attention to detail and a clear appreciation for local craftsmanship. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom spotless – nothing was missing. We stayed five nights in this little paradise. The garden with its pool is beautifully designed and lovingly maintained. Various loungers, hammocks, and cozy seating areas invite you to relax. After exploring the city, spending the afternoon in this “Garden of Eden” was a true delight. Breakfast was generous and prepared with care – full of fresh fruit and the best jam we’ve ever had. Our conversations with René and Mario about life, design, and architecture were enriching and inspiring. This is a place where you not only find peace, but also feel genuinely embraced.

Excellent place, I recommend it quite a lot, the pool is very nice, the stay on the patio,the beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is clean, with hot water, easy access, you feel very safe at home!!! I thank Pau and his beautiful family for the always attentive attention!!! I hope to return soon!!!

We stayed a little more than a week in Mara's place, we were interested in that the place looked quite intimate and so it was , when the location on the map was not the same but Mara had already sent us the coordinates of the place which helped us get exactly from the apartment,the place was very spacious and we had the opportunity to cook a lot , what I was most worried about was the safety of the area since we rented a car, we left the car outside the house during the stay and there was no problem, we also had an opportunity to go to several places walking and we were able to arrive without any problem, the apartment was impeccable and very clean at all times , the pool and common areas always quiet in the same way , we were glad to have chosen such a nice place, we could not have chosen something better since there were several delicious restaurants around it!

Very comfortable, the air conditioning works perfectly. There is privacy and security. The excellent Internet and the screen to enjoy after a hot day walking, it is appreciated that it has Roku. Very close to the UADY of medicine and nursing. We went because my son was taking an entrance exam and the location was the best. Totally recommended

We loved our stay at Casa Joa. Vance (an American) and his Cuban wife Ana are gracious hosts with an absolutely beautiful home filled with fine art and furnishings. We had the entire upstairs suite, which was huge with several different rooms all beautifully decorated. Vance and Ana share their large home with a few other warm, lovely family members and a few friendly pets. So nice. Ana’s sister is an excellent cook and offers custom breakfasts for a reasonable charge. Well worth it. The home is an easy walk to Plaza Grande, Calle 47 (Merida’s new restaurant row), and several other plazas and restaurants. I highly recommend Tacos de Unión, a simple but delicious restaurant a block away. Try the mushroom and guacamole tacos (you’re welcome). Overall, an excellent stay in a lovely completely renovated colonial home with wonderful people in a great location. What’s not to like.

We loved the accommodation, very nice and cozy, a short walk from restaurants, downtown and La Plancha Park. We'll be back!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at one of Stan and Sherry's places and their genuine hospitality! I live in Tulum so with coming to Merida I really wanted a colonial accommodation experience. The home was grand, historic, gorgeous, and tranquil - a lovely change of scenery from what I'm used to. I also really appreciated the quality of the towels and bed linens, as well as the filtered water for drinking.

The pictures don’t do this place justice (in the best way)! So so beautiful. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Pepe and Jose Luis were very welcoming and great hosts. They went above and beyond during our stay and we would highly recommend this place to anyone. The beds very nice, and the pillows were comfortable. The rooms didn’t get too hot even without AC and the fan thats provided. They welcomed our little pup and made her feel comfortable as well. 10/10 for us. We would stay there again. The breakfast was also delicious and the pool area was unique and serene.

The best place to stay in Merida, I had the pleasure of meeting and staying with Maria, the host is very friendly and helpful, always attentive. Amazing activities within the Airbnb and perfect for relaxing as a couple. There is a lot of privacy and you can breathe peacefully. I would definitely go again.

Christine’s casita is truly a blessing! Located in a super safe and peaceful neighborhood of Mérida, it immediately feels like a holiday retreat. The beautiful garden and swimming pool create such a relaxing atmosphere — the perfect place to unwind. Christine is a charming and thoughtful host. We really enjoyed spending time with her, and she had so many great local recommendations ready for us. She was always incredibly responsive and proactive on WA, even once we were out and about in the city. One small but deeply appreciated detail: Christine provides a 15L container of drinkable water in her casita — such a thoughtful touch that made a real difference. I’ve never had such a considerate host before and really wanted to highlight that. We’d be so happy to return if we ever come back to Mérida, and we would absolutely recommend Christine’s casita to any traveler looking for a quiet, stunning, and peaceful place to stay. Really well renovated and very clean, a lovely little escape from exploring the city, based a short walk from the main centre, but very easy to Uber from there too. Loved relaxing by the pool and enjoying the kitchen and living room spaces and hammocks. Dianna kindly set up the access codes from our requested number which made it very easy to remember! At first we felt on a bit a secret mission with the key codes and technology which all worked well. Comfy beds, very good fans/AC. Donna responded straight away. Shower pressure is low - rainfall showers. We had a lovely time there.
