Vacation rentals with a patio in Havana

The excellent experience in the accommodation, Dunia and her husband are excellent hosts, super honest, human, always attentive to any need but above all understanding with young people, also excellent breakfast. As other users have commented, the only negative point is the stairs, you have to go up 4 floors. Another thing to note is the lack of a power plant when there is a blackout, usually just over 1 hour and usually in the early morning. The rest was fully consistent with what was stated in the listing and photos. Denisse responded quickly and efficiently to our questions and concerns. In short, I would recommend the place

The place is located in amazing area with a lot of restaurants. It provided unique opportunity to explore old havana by just walking out of the apartment. We felt very safe there. Our host was staying constantly in touch with us, even tho we didn’t need it, he helped us to improve our havana experience

Nice apartment with many small details that make it pleasant, good spaces to store things, air conditioning in every room, quality furniture, large table for those who want to have lunch or dinner.

We had an excellent stay in Havana! Ray (the house host) was very helpful with money exchange, taxis, and other things we needed. Would def recommend this house!

Best location , close to everything , really beautiful apartment , great host and super helpful , speaks great English , I will definitely come back . Has water and beer in the refrigerator as well , so it’s no need to go a buy for same prices as the stores . Over all very good experience .

Our group really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are spacious enough for 2 people and have good working A/C and mini fridge. Host was always helpful and responsive. Breakfast had a nice selection of items for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this place is you are traveling with a group.

JULIO received us when we arrived with a big smile, helped us with our bag and with our 2 little girls Michelle 2 and Mary 1. the place was beautiful and super well decorated. The place was beautiful and so was his team they were able to book a 3 day itinerary for us . Went with my wife and 2 girls which they absolutely loved AC was on point

Having a in laws in Habana behind there many times this place exceeds all Airbnb I had been before. Great for families, WIFI , generator is a life saver there outstanding lunch worth every penny. Location is perfect. Thanks Irmita and Amadito you’re the best.

I very much enjoyed my stayed at the location. The house made my stay in Havana memorable. Frank, the host was incredible, proactive very present and always ready to help with anything. I highly recommend and I will definitely come back when I visit Havana again in September. I won’t conclude this review without giving a shoutout to the cleaning lady.

The place is BEAUTIFUL. The location is GREAT. Communication was great. I went to the restaraunt next door everyday. I went on the roof everyday to enjoy the view and at night I was back . I will stay there again for sure. Thankyou for making my trip the best it could be.

Absolute pleasure to stay here. The host were so communicative, helping us set up transportation, both before, and after our stay, assisting with currency exchange, setting up a classic car tour of the city, and making sure we had everything we needed while we were there. Good to know that the place has a generator in case there’s a neighborhood blackout, which is not uncommon. The breakfasts were beautiful, and there’s even a washing machine if you need it. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to land in Havana, thank you so much!

Excellent accommodations, and superb value! Very spacious apartment withe all the modern comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Open outdoor balcony with nice views makes a perfect spot for unwinding and gathering. Central a/c is a luxury as few places have this in Havana. Apartment was spotless, wifi works great and the large smart TV is definitely a plus. Many amenities like washer and dryer and comfortable beds truly make ones stay exceptional. Host is available for any need that may arise. Location is near many restaurants and stores. Check in process was seamless. Definitely a place to return to. Highly recommended!

Most definitely will be staying at this Airbnb again, the unit was very clean and the host was super friendly and accommodating.

Absolutely loved Sophie’s place! The place was exactly as described. Very big, spacious, with a large upstairs/roof deck and a balcony. There is no WiFi but they do provide you with a cell phone, which is honestly a better option. I would not hesitate to book with her again.

Everything was just like the pictures. Marilyng was a great host. There are no complaints. Look forward to returning.
