Vacation rentals with a patio in Havana

As other users have commented, the only negative point is the stairs, you have to go up 4 floors. Another thing to note is the lack of a power plant when there is a blackout, usually just over 1 hour and usually in the early morning. The rest was fully consistent with what was stated in the listing and photos. Denisse responded quickly and efficiently to our questions and concerns. In short, I would recommend the place

We stayed in a well-decorated house with every detail considered. Ariel helped us a lot. He gave us a free sim card and we did not have any internet problems during our stay. He helped us with getting home from the airport and our travels. I definitely recommend it.

My second stay at Sissy's is as good as the first. The apartment has had some improvements since my last stay. Unfortunately, this time I could only book three days, I would have loved to stay longer. The local area is evolving with many new shops, bars, and cafes.

Our stay at the Miramar apartment in Cuba was absolutely exceptional! The apartment was beautiful, immaculate, and perfectly maintained—everything felt fresh, crisp, and inviting. The breakfasts were delicious and a perfect way to start each day. The air conditioning was excellent, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay, and the WiFi was good, making it easy to stay connected. A huge thank you to TAYMI, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was to our liking. She took care of all our needs with incredible attention to detail, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we required. From arranging transportation to and from the airport and the university to making us feel completely at home, she was simply outstanding—so, so good! Equally impressive was Maribel’s responsiveness—every question I had was answered within minutes! The communication and service were top-notch, making this one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. I will certainly be back!!

It's an extremely beautiful place, quiet and cozy atmosphere!! The host is so humble and kind, very communicative and has spectacular charisma. I can't complain, it had everything I needed and met all expectations. She was attentive to make sure I didn't need anything and was definitely too friendly. I would definitely come back a million times more. There is nothing more feasible than having peace and tranquility and being aware that you lack nothing. We need more people like her!! We had a wonderful stay at this B&B, located in a perfect location right across from the sea. The house is beautiful, spacious and well maintained, with a large terrace ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing in company enjoying the view and the sea breeze. The rooms are spacious, cozy and clean, perfect for resting in peace. A big plus is the 24/7 Wi-Fi. Mr. Arqui was extremely helpful and kind throughout the stay, always ready to help with any need. In addition, security is guaranteed thanks to active video surveillance and the presence of custodians every night. Highly recommended for those looking for a relaxing vacation in a safe, beautiful and well-organized place!

Having a in laws in Habana behind there many times this place exceeds all Airbnb I had been before. Great for families, WIFI , generator is a life saver there outstanding lunch worth every penny. Location is perfect. Thanks Irmita and Amadito you’re the best.

It's an incredibly spectacular house. Large comfortable room with its own bathroom and total privacy. Ideal to share with friends and have a good time in the large patio that has a pool. A 10 for cleanliness and comfort!

Nothing in cojimar compares to the view. indeed a coastal paradise. Looking at the torreón imagine is 1640 and spanish soldiers with muskets standing guard😂🤌🏼

This is my second time staying in this house, and it won't be the last one. My family and I feel at home. The hosts are very welcoming, warm, friendly, respectful, and generous people. They are attentive to fix every detail. The house is very confortable, super spacious, quiet, clean. The garden is beautiful! and the pool is great! Amarylis and Guillermo's cuisine is super delicious. They make their best effort to please us. The beautiful beach is right there. I 100% highly recommend this house.

This was the most impressive home we stayed in! Located in Miramar, a top neighborhood surrounded by diplomatic and residential homes, it’s unassuming outside but a stunning surprise inside—modern, spotless, and beautifully designed with an artistic beach vibe. You can rent by room or the entire space. Four en suite rooms, but all 5 rooms have keypad-locked doors and safes for security. Location also includes 24/7 security. The home is fully equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, a coffee machine, top-tier appliances (hair dryer), and streaming services (WiFi can be spotty, as expected in Cuba). Includes both 110 & 220 outlets. Lots of thought and intention. The rooftop pool is a true highlight, and fresh flowers were a lovely touch! Marcos is an amazing host—attentive, responsive, and able to arrange transportation, tours, or dining. The staff keeps the home pristine. A truly special stay—we’d return in a heartbeat!

Laura's place was great, house staff (Osmel and Yanixa) were incredibly kind. They were very attentive and so helpful throughout my stay. They brought me coffee from the market, helped me hire a driver and made the arrangement for me. One night I wanted to watch a movie from my laptop, Osmel was kind to bring me an HDMI cable for the TV. Very trustworthy and polite people. They even cut me fresh pineapples! Brought me beers without ripping me off. They provided me instructions and took time out to be available. They accommodated my late flight, gave me recommendations of places. I can speak very highly of them and for their care. The house was very nice, more like a mansion. No power outages, I always had hot water with pressure. Washroom was very nice with a double sink. Bed and linens were great. Kitchen was solid with a big modern fridge and stove. Living room had a great big sectional sofa. Dining table was very nice, with fresh flowers on the table. Backyard was great!

Excellent accommodations, and superb value! Very spacious apartment withe all the modern comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Open outdoor balcony with nice views makes a perfect spot for unwinding and gathering. Central a/c is a luxury as few places have this in Havana. Apartment was spotless, wifi works great and the large smart TV is definitely a plus. Many amenities like washer and dryer and comfortable beds truly make ones stay exceptional. Host is available for any need that may arise. Location is near many restaurants and stores. Check in process was seamless. Definitely a place to return to. Highly recommended!

Good afternoon! My parents stayed at this hotel, they liked it very much! The hotel's grounds are very nice, there are many trees, mangoes, bananas, my parents enjoyed walking and resting there. The room is very nice, everything is tidy and clean. The owner is super friendly, many thanks to her for her attention 💖

Absolutely loved Sophie’s place! The place was exactly as described. Very big, spacious, with a large upstairs/roof deck and a balcony. There is no WiFi but they do provide you with a cell phone, which is honestly a better option. I would not hesitate to book with her again.
