My stay was really nice, everything was as described. The bus stop is almost in front of the house, and it brings you right into the city center. There is a nice bakery about a 10 minute walk away for breakfast.

Beautiful house, spotlessly clean, easy car parking and very comfy beds. Would recommend.

We were delighted with the house. The property's park is beautiful, well maintained, it offers a very peaceful environment close to Rennes or the exhibition center. we booked this apartment last minute on our way back to the uk, what an absolute delight, so retro and stylish, extremely comfortable bed, clean, fabulous city view and close to all amenities that Rennes has to offer. A massive bonus of a parking place, we were met by the owners who were helpful and friendly and were obviously happy to share this fabulous apartment with travellers to experience,

A great stay at Romain’s house! The pictures don’t do it justice - the decor is really cool. Sadly too wet to make much use of the lovely terrace. Our son loved the cosy kids room in the attic especially. Handy location close to supermarket and bus stop with frequent buses to the centre. Romain was so friendly and helpful too. Note that the main rooms are upstairs (steep spiral staircase) and bathroom downstairs.

We stayed here to be close to the Parc Expo in Rennes. It was perfect for us - a couple with 2 dogs. The house is as described and it had evertything we needed. The garden was great for our dogs and it was fully fenced. Isabelle was quick to reply and even helped us out and allowed us to checkout late. Really great accomodation, especially with dogs. Isabelle is a great host. And one more things - We were surprised to find really good restaurants with fun atmpsophere in the area. Thank you Isabelle!

Accustomed to traveling, so able to compare, I admit the welcome and responsiveness during our stay was exceptional from Karim. Afterwards, if you like lofts, tasteful decoration in a surfing spirit, top-notch amenities. 10-minute walk to train station (max) in a nice neighborhood. Morgane's place was true to the listing and the value for money was really perfect, especially in relation to the location. In addition, Morgane was very responsive. No complaints. I will come back to this apartment without hesitation.

Our stay at Sophie's apartment was lovely. The place was as described and everything you needed was available. We particularly liked the proximity to the center (which can be easily reached on foot) and the quiet neighborhood. Sophie was a responsive host and was able to help us when we needed it. In addition, the apartment is modern and very comfortable and allows, in addition to its parking lot, to have a peaceful stay.

Really very nice apartment, clean, well-equipped, furnished and decorated, spacious and bright, and Sylvain was perfect in his role as host (available and attentive). We are delighted with our stay. Recommended!

The apartment is true to the photos, easy to access and well located in Rennes to explore the surrounding area.

We arrived on the evening of the first day. Everything was impeccable and functional. The keys were easily accessible and we were able to settle in immediately. The apartment is lovely. Complete equipment for a comfortable stay. It is located in the city center of Rennes, next to Place Ste Anne and the Couvent des Jacobins and the beautiful Parc de Thabor with its rose garden. The TV is a smart TV and you can easily connect to our Netflix or TF1+ account!

Renovated and functional apartment. 20 minutes from the city center on foot, it is great for walking in the center of Rennes. Small negative point: it is on the ground floor on the street side.

Very good location, I know Rennes, it's 2 steps from the Place des Lices, right in the center. Easy parking at the Lices parking lot. The setting is nice, the apartment is great.

Another booking with Florian for my stay in Rennes. The home is very well maintained and offers proximity to the EHESP. The city center is a 20-minute walk away, a bus stop for the center is located in front of the accommodation allowing you to easily get to several corners of Rennes. Florian was very responsive and available. I highly recommend this place!

The apartment is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The welcome upon arrival was very warm and made us feel comfortable. Its location is very convenient because there are a lot of things nearby and at the same time the balcony faces the greenery which allows you to be quiet as well. Recommended

I had a pleasant stay at May's place. I had to participate in the Transmusicales de Rennes and finding this place nearby was a real stroke of luck. The accommodation is impeccable. May is always available and attentive. A delight for any traveler.

This is a bright and spacious apartment that had everything we needed. It was warm and cozy inside and offered a lovely balcony on the warmer days. Ferhat was very helpful and gave us two excellent restaurant recommendations. The huge park across the road has many walking trails and we even found it was possible to walk into the centre ville through the park and along the canal. We didn’t need a car to explore Rennes, though appreciated the convenient car park available under the building for our first night before dropping off our rental car. Overall, very happy with our stay here.

Vincent is a very welcoming and considerate host and the accommodation is well maintained and perfectly equipped. The stay was wonderful and the surrounding area is peaceful and very pleasant to visit. No complaints, the place is perfect for those who want to relax and enjoy nice walks. We will come back without hesitation!

The apartment was perfect for my short stay. right in the center of Rennes, 10-minute walk to the train station. very good insulation so quiet. nice decor and impeccable cleanliness. I didn't miss anything. The best thing about this apartment: Gabriel! He's still a lot nicer than a lockbox. I won't look long if I need to come back to this neighborhood

I had a great time at Jérôme's place. The self check-in was simple and smooth, which is extremely convenient and appreciable. Even without direct contact, we feel that Jerome is a very attentive host, who thinks of every detail to offer a pleasant and quality experience. Everything was perfectly organized, with clear instructions, functional accommodation and a warm atmosphere The location is ideal, in a quiet neighborhood while still close to all amenities. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable and well thought out stay
