The apartment matches the photos. It has a 24-hour doorman, which makes access at any time much easier. I stayed because it was close to the place where I attended an event, so it solved my problems. The only point I have to mention was the inability to check in early, even though I had previously communicated with the host and the apartment was available the day before. I arrived in SP at 10 a.m. and had to wait until 2 p.m. to be able to enter because I was not allowed to enter before. It would be interesting if there was this possibility, of course, if the apartment is without a guest the day before

I really liked the space, it was cold, but the room with the wooden floor was perfect, everything was very well decorated and cared for, I recommend it to everyone.

This place was wonderful, clean, and well provisioned. We loved the layout with the double height ceiling and glass wall. It felt incredible safe with the doorman and gate entry system. It was well located in the neighborhood with a grocery store around the corner and nice restaurants and coffeeshops nearby. Ana was also great to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions. I would highly recommend!

Loved it !! Beautiful apartment with a wonderful view. Everything was very organized with care, towels, super fragrant sheets. Very good shower. Great location close to shops, I took an Uber to the mall and it didn't even cost $10, the city of São Vicente surprised me positively. Host Bertha is a compliment in herself, very polite and always willing to help us, she explained everything well with tips and etc, a sweet person. I just have to thank you 🤍✨

Great studio! Liara, from the beginning, responded quickly and proactively, being flexible with check-in and check-out. There was a water shortage in the building and she acted quickly to help in any way she could, always with a lot of goodwill. I would definitely host again.

I only have compliments 💖 The loft is beautiful and very spacious, the rooms had the space very well used. The bathroom was large, spotless and well-stocked with basic hygiene items, a comfortable shower stall, and a good shower. But what was most impressive was the good taste of the decoration. All very beautiful and well done. In addition, Giulia's service was great, practically instantaneous. I recommend it 100%.
