I stayed a week at Alex's place and loved it! It has a really nice view from the balcony, it's very well ventilated, pillows and beds accommodated us well, good Wi-Fi for those who need to work, and the differential is the safety net (essential for me and it's hard to find in rentals). The location is excellent, you can do everything on foot and there are great options for breakfast, lunch and dinner nearby. I used the car a few times and there were always plenty of parking spaces in the garage. The employees of the condominium were very nice and efficient. I recommend it and I will come back more often.

Clean and cozy environment, easy access, close to the beach, Wanderlei was very communicative and answered my questions, close to bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants and a bar, we loved it and will be back more often!

Please was beautiful!! Great view!! The pool doesn’t get sun most of the day but it was still enjoyable and clean. The host were amazing and friendly!! We will def come back!!

It was a wonderful stay! The atmosphere is really as described, super appropriate for a couple, the view doesn't even need comments, wonderful. And because it is in front of the sea and on the avenue, we were surprised by the silence in the apartment. The surroundings also help a lot, as everything is close by, we didn't take the car out for anything, lol. I'm sure I'll be back soon.

Very well located apartment, right on the sand, close to the main points of the condominium, I believe it is ideal for 2 couples with tranquility, the building's beach service serves very well. I highly recommend it for sure !!!

Our stay was wonderful! The house is way better than the ad photos, super airy, wide and very tasty. Super equipped, kitchen with different appliances available. Pertissimo of the supermarket, which makes everyday life much easier. Extremely clean rooms, good quality bed and bathrooms and lots of smells!!! We chose to hire Amanda aside and it was great, a hand in the wheel and a sweetheart! Marcio was also very helpful and kind in all communication. The location and view of the beach is perfect, really foot in the sand! I highly recommend it!

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

The apartment is large and spacious, sleeps 8 comfortably. The location is excellent, standing in the sand with a very good view of the beach (3rd floor). There is a need for some maintenance that does not disgrace the apartment. Repeti the stay in this apartment.

The house is simply perfect, it is beautiful, super comfortable, well maintained and full of details that show the whim that the house has. We arrived and the house was impeccable, very clean and organized, it perfectly suited me and my family, with en-suites equipped with air-conditioning, TV, fan, pillows, toilet paper, mat, all with a workbench and cozy decor. The kitchen is beautiful, with a huge and super functional island, a delight to spend family moments cooking and talking, it has all the utensils, dishes and cups, nothing was missing. Ahhh and the sound was certainly a separate differential, with separate height adjustment for each environment, awesome!! The heated pool is not even mentioned, we went in the fall and we were able to enjoy it a lot because it was heated, even at night. If it weren't heated, we probably wouldn't even use it because of the cold. Besides the house being PERFECT, Chris and Edu were super attentive and kind to us We'll definitely get back, I loved it!

My girlfriend and I spent the weekend at Nau to celebrate our anniversary and we couldn't have chosen a better place. It was undoubtedly one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in. The house is in one of the best spots in Lagoa de Furnas, with total privacy and an intense connection with nature. The architecture is beautiful, designed to integrate the interior with the surrounding landscape. Every detail reinforces this connection: from the glass wall overlooking the sunrise and sunset to the positioning of the windows, everything enhances the contemplation of the lagoon. We've never stayed in such a well-designed place. The house is super equipped and we were able to make all the recipes we planned. The jacuzzi is delicious, the barbecue is great and the view from the room is breathtaking, it makes you want to go up and down the stairs just to see the lagoon growing on the horizon. Congratulations to Maurício and Diones for the impeccable reception. It was an unforgettable experience!

We loved the view at Marcos’ property, looking out over the ocean and city. We very much appreciated the beach being directly accessible with a shower right inside the complex to rinse off sand. There were two entry doors locked from the outside, which made our stay here feel entirely safe. Marcos was an excellent host. He was always immediately responsive if we needed help with anything at the apartment. He was also very flexible with check out time. I could tell our comfort and enjoyment was a top priority. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon!

I can say that Eleni and Leonidas provided my husband and I with very happy days in this amazing space. Peace, security, silence, harmony and tranquility are synonymous with this little corner. The cottage is functional and they even provide a microwave, barbecue and water filter on a shared basis. Breakfast is made with such affection by them, there is even a menu! Every day a different cake, warm coffee and milk, a wonderful orange juice and Eleni's omelet is a show in itself! You can feel their gratitude for Nature, which is expressed in sharing the space so that other people feel the same tranquility and peace. We felt the affection and attention in every detail, even when Eleni went after us on the trail back to deliver an item we had forgotten, hahaha! The space is already very special because it is surrounded by nature, but they make everything even more amazing with their kindness and affection. I will always recommend it! Gratitude, Eleni and Leonidas!

Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!

We spent an amazing carnival in the house by the Avaré Dam and we couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! The accommodations were impeccable, super comfortable and well equipped, offering all the comfort we needed. The space is simply wonderful, with a breathtaking view and many moments of tranquility. The location is perfect for those looking for a getaway close to nature, with easy access to the dam to enjoy the sunny days. For sure, we recommend the place for those seeking rest and leisure. Excellent apartment, amazing view, impeccable organization and cleanliness, exceptional comfort, especially carvings, dishes and etc… all very well cleaned, one of my best stays in Airbnb was this apartment. The only downside is the city, or rather the neighborhood… with few things to do, excellent for rest without noise and visual pollution.
