Our Chalet is fully integrated into nature. It has large glass frames and the free look for Cerrado and mountains providing a spectacular view. There is a balcony with a deck along the entire length of the chalet ,with table and chairs outside so that guests can contemplate the nature and starry sky of Chapada - having a wine, of course. =)

Our charming site is the ideal place to breathe fresh air, encounter nature and drink pure spring water from the site itself. It is located in the countryside, 18 km from the center of Monte Verde. We have two houses on the property, 150 meters apart, providing privacy to any of the guests Near the site, there are restaurants with home-cooked food, a pizzeria, and a market. The house has a Smart TV but is not connected to any cable TV operator.

The Villeta Maggiore chalet is located in Villa Assisi, a private property with 29 hectares (290,000 m2) of carefully preserved original native Cerrado vegetation. Located in the Serra dos Pireneus Environmental Protection Area (APA), it boasts trails and four unique waterfalls within the property. Best of all, it's just 2.9 km from the city of Pirenópolis, Goiás, one of the first cities in Goiás, and declared a national heritage site in 1989.
