Monthly Rentals in Central Visayas

My son and my brother enjoyed their stay at Roys place. The unit is clean and bed is comfortable. It also walking distance from my family's house and restaurants nearby. Transportation is just outside the gate. The security guards are friendly too. Thank you!

The unit was very clean and the furnishing was also nice. It’s small but that’s all you really need if you’re solo traveling. It’s in the heart of IT park so everywhere is accessible.

Had a great stay! The unit is comfortable and perfect for working remotely—the WiFi is fast and reliable. The bed is comfy, and I enjoyed watching Netflix on the Smart TV during downtime. The elevator can get a bit busy since there are a lot of guests, but it's manageable. The staff in the building are friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient—close to coffee shops, malls, restaurants, and fast food. It’s also really easy to get a taxi, and there’s a 7-Eleven and ATMs right next to the building. Would definitely stay here again!
